This chap was even better looking than Chi Shengxu, Nian Junting's hair stood on their ends. He walked forward and extended his hand towards Mo Liuxi, "Thank you for saving my wife, you should return her to me now."0

"Wife?" Mo Liuxi raised his eyebrows, "You two are not married yet, correct me if I am wrong."

He didn't like Nian Junting from the get-go, the first thing he asked when he arrived was whether the baby was alright. He didn't ask about Luosang's injuries neither did he notice the patch of redness on her neck.

"We're going to get married sooner or later."

They even had a baby together, wasn't marriage already set in stone?

Mo Liuxi cleared his throat, "As if her family had already given you their blessings."

Nian Junting wanted to murder him, "This is between the both of us, isn't it? Who are you anyway? Do I need to explain myself to you? Hand her over to me now or put her down, don't blame me if I lose my temper."

"I'm not comfortable with letting someone else hold her," Mo Liuxi replied him casually. 

Nian Junting was about to explode.

Where did this lunatic come from?

Someone else? Was he just someone else?

Luosang had no strength to protest, she couldn't bring herself to detest Mo Liuxi she took a certain liking to him. She knew that Nian Junting would probably fly into a rage if this went on though.

If it was him in the past, he would have hit Mo Liuxi already.

"Junting, you carry me," Luosang reached out for him.

Nian Junting looked appeased, just as he was going to carry her over, Mo Liuxi walked towards the emergency department, going around Nian Junting.

Yan Su saw that Nian Junting's face had turned ashen grey, just before he blew his top, she reminded him, "Mr. Nian, the doctor warned us that Luosang might be unstable right now and her baby might be in danger, you need to calm down."

Nian Junting calmed down immediately. He was extremely worried on the way there, he was scared that his little princess would be lost. It was an ordeal for him to finally get a baby girl at thirty years old. 

He nearly forgot about his worries when he saw Mo Liuxi.

He turned and chased after Mo Liuxi.

He wanted to beat Mo Liuxi up and snatch Luosang from him but he was worried that he might hurt Luosang and the baby in the process of doing so.

He had to swallow his anger and tolerate him for now.

It was never too late for revenge anyway. 

When Luosang completed her examination, he would break the chap's arms.

How dare he act so cockily in front of him, he must teach the guy a lesson.

At the obstetrics clinic, men were not allowed to enter. Yan Su was the only one allowed to accompany Luosang to see the doctor. 

When Luosang reached the door, she turned to say to Mo Liuxi, "Thank you, you can head back now."

After pausing for a while, she turned and said to Nian Junting, "Don't fight when I'm gone."

He was annoyed.

She was siding with this gigolo.

"I won't," he replied in a low voice.

Luosang and Yan Su entered the doctor's office. There was a patient before them and Yan Su whispered in Luosang's ear while waiting, "What's going on, are you soft-hearted because of how handsome that man is? I have to remind you that you are carrying Mr. Nian's child, don't have a change of heart at this juncture."

Luosang was speechless, "Am I that kind of person?"

"You never know," Yan Su shook her head, "That man is awfully good looking. When he stood next to Mr. Nian just now, it accentuated his wild and young charisma next to Mr. Nian's mature and manly vibe. They each have their charms."
