After reaching the hotel, Nian Junting brought Mo Liuxi and Xiao Si with him to receive guest downstairs. Luosang went upstairs to fix her makeup. 1

He turned and walked to the door to receive guests.

Nian Junting stared at his back with a hateful glare.

Xiao Si walked over and placed one arm over his shoulder. "He isn't wrong."

Nian Junting coldly shrugged Xiao Si's hand off. "I'm not close to you."

Not close, yet he still asked Xiao Si to be his groomsman. Xiao Si grated his teeth. 

He saw Ji Nuanyi walk over in a snow-white and green chiffon skirt. Her appearance immediately caused a commotion in the hotel. In addition to the guests, the hotel staff also started taking photos of her.

"I'll settle the score with you on another day," Xiao Si said as he glared at Nian Junting. 

His expression instantly changed into a handsome smile as he walked toward Ji Nuanyi. Just as a guest was about to ask Ji Nuanyi for her number, Xiao Si walked over and blocked him. "Excuse me, please don't disturb my company's artiste."

As if he was her knight, he immediately started guarding her. "Why did you come over by yourself? Where's your assistant?"

"I thought that since it's Chairman Nian getting married, the security measures would be very good, so I didn't ask her to come. Plus, aren't you here too?" Ji Nuanyi smiled as she looked at him and said, "Your suit is very nice."

Her compliments made Xiao Si's face grow hot. He replied, "Your dress looks good too. Today, I will be your knight. Let's go, I'll take you to Luosang and the rest."

Xiao Si escorted her as they walked forward. Ji Nuanyi gave a red packet and went to congratulate Nian Junting before preparing to go upstairs with Xiao Si to see the bride.

They had only walked a few steps when Xiao Si was dragged back by his clothes by Nian Junting. His eyebrows were raised as he stared at Xiao Si and asked, "Aren't you my groomsman who accompanies me to receive guests over here?"

"Nuanyi is a guest, too," Xiao Si lightly said.

"I'm not asking you to receive only her," Nian Junting gritted his teeth. If Xiao Si wanted to flirt, he could do it later.

When Ji Nuanyi saw the situation, she said, "I can go upstairs by myself. Anyways I'll come down once I've given my greetings."

"Alright, I'll sit with you later, save me a place," Xiao Si reluctantly said as he returned to Nian Junting's side. 

He looked at Nian Junting and said, "I've finally managed to meet her. Can you not disturb me chasing women?"

"I've finally managed to get married. Can you chase women later?" Nian Junting replied with a poker face.

Xiao Si thought, You win this round.

Mo Liuxi stood at the door for 10 minutes. An Lan came with An Ning, who happily ran over once she saw him. "Liuxi, you look so handsome today."

He could see her boy-crazy gaze and was troubled. "Why did you come?"

"I happened to have an off-day today, so I came with my sister to attend the wedding," An Ning said with a smile. "Plus, I haven't seen you for quite a few days…"

An Lan suddenly walked over from the back and grabbed An Ning with one hand. She apologetically said, "Excuse us, this brat came to disturb you again."
