Yan Su hesitated about greeting him. Before she could open her mouth, he had already turned away. She gritted her teeth. She was too soft-hearted. 

"Su, why don't you pick your own songs and allow us to enjoy the full concert experience," Meng Yunfei suggested. 

Yan Su didn't mind. Singing was just singing to her. She casually picked two songs. Her classmates queued her songs up in front.

It was her turn to sing soon. She sang "Gone with the Wind," the song she wrote to conclude her relationship with Shi Xiang. As she sang her own lyrics, her mind drifted to all the happy memories that she shared with him, as well as what she heard at the television station the night before. 

Her Shi Xiang, her down to earth boy… When did he become like this? When did he start seeing his boss's daughter and lie to her so cruelly?

It was no wonder he was so cautious whenever he called her. Was he afraid that the "Young Missy" might find out about her? She would rather he broke up with her sooner than lie to her. 

Mo Liuxi glanced over at her. He recalled how Zhang Hongchuan complimented her singing, but he didn't believe him then. Now that he heard her voice for himself, he had to agree with Zhang Hongchuan. She sang well, and the emotions ran thick.

Zhang Hongchuan mentioned that this song was related to her past relationship. Was she singing so sorrowfully because she was reminded of her ex-boyfriend?

The two of them were sitting close to each other. He could make out tears in her eyes. It was as if the sadness was seeping out from there.

He took a swig of beer.

An Ning ran over with beer and said, "Senior, let me toast you."

"Why are you everywhere I go?" Mo Liuxi asked as he rubbed his head. 

An Ning was grinning. "It proves that we have affinity."

Yan Su had finished the song. She received a loud round of applause from her classmates. She quickly recollected herself and shook her head. "I'm not singing anymore. This was supposed to be a fun party, I made it so sorrowful."

"Haha, that's fine, come on, let's play some games." Gao Hang pushed her toward a group of girls. 

Someone suggested playing dice where Mo Liuxi was sitting. 

After one round of dice, they started playing a game of werewolf. Although Yan Su was sitting with the girls, they were having a good time on their own. Everyone had loosened up a little after having a couple of drinks.

Yan Su rarely drank, but she was in a bad mood that day. She was drinking regardless of whether she lost the games.

Soon, most of the girls were flushed from the alcohol.

After 11 p.m., Gao Hang cut the cake and ordered a few more cartons of beer when the party didn't seem like it was about to end soon. She told everyone to drink to their heart's content since she had booked a room upstairs.

Yan Su had to frequently use the bathroom. The last time she went, she accidentally walked out of the private cabin.

She walked around for a long time. She had to ask around for directions before she finally found the bathroom. When she was done, she bumped into a man on her way out. She could smell the scent of fresh laundry on him. It was pleasant. 

Yan Su looked up to see who she had bumped into, but she couldn't make out who it was. She could only tell that he was tall and handsome. 

She suddenly felt a wave of emotions as tears welled up in her eyes. The man had reminded her of Shi Xiang.

Yan Su thought, Why did he have to change? How could he sleep with another woman behind my back? What about me?

She was guarding her body and heart like a fool. She would never be so foolish again. She wanted to indulge in the spontaneity of the night.

"Well… Handsome… Do you want to spend the night together?" Yan Su asked as she collapsed in the man's arms and wrapped her arms around his waist.
