She buried her head in her arms. She was only an assistant who didn't need that kind of information in her work-life. Shi Xiang had left the room with a lipstick mark on his face. Once Yan Su dealt with that, another pretty boy emerged from her room, and this one told her they were kissing. 

She looked carefully and found a hint of Yan Su's lipstick on his lips. He had wiped them, yet some traces could still be seen

Did Yan Su have a group of boyfriends?

"Mr. Mo, when did you…" Jiaojiao managed to calm herself down, then asked, "Aren't you guys just neighbors?" 

"Of course not. Don't you know that neighbors can easily fall in love with each other?" Mo Liuxi smiled, making himself sound very reasonable. 

"Then Shi Xiang…" Mo Liuxi's face became cold even before Jiaojiao could finish her words. 

He made a step toward Jiaojiao and said, "Keep an eye on him. Don't let him get anywhere near her." 

Jiaojiao didn't know what to say. Why would she do that for him? She didn't work for him. Who on earth did he think he was? How ridiculous. 

"Mr. Mo… Su just started her career. It's not a good time for her to start a relationship. My company has told her so…" 

"Your company didn't forbid her to do that, did they? Besides, who am I?" said Mo Liuxi blandly. "I own a film company, and I'm a young director who has a bright future. I'll always support her. Will your company fire her for being with me? It would be fine if that happened because I'll help her. I have money and resources. As for you, as an assistant, following her everywhere will not do you any harm." 

Jiaojiao was deeply convinced. 

The most resourceful people in the entertainment industry were directors and film company owners. He was both. He grew up in Europe, so he had great international resources too. 

"And Shi Xiang…" Mo Liuxi gave a cold smile, and said, "He is going to end his contract with his Korean company soon. He has a lot of fans in the country, but is his background as good as mine? Is he as handsome, tall and young as I am? Does he have my capabilities?"

However, some of Mo Liuxi's words did make sense. Jiaojiao had heard that Yan Su had the best resources because Nian Junting had talked to the owner of the company. Nian Junting was Mo Liuxi's brother-in-law, so Jiaojiao did not dare to displease Mo Liuxi. 

"So… give me your WeChat number." Mo Liuxi took out his phone and said, "I'll contact you if I can't reach Su. Also, let me know if anyone mistreats her, or if she's in a bad mood." 

"Why would I give you my number?" Jiaojiao didn't think it was necessary. 

"Because I like her. I need the numbers of the people surrounding her, so I'll know where to find her if she disappears someday," Mo Liuxi said seriously.
