Lu Tao stood up to pour everyone a drink. "Come on, it's our film premiere—our special day. Let's all have a drink!"

After finding out that Yan Su was the woman he had slept with the last time he was as drunk as a skunk, Mo Liuxi was no longer as hesitant to drink. He reminded Lu Tao gently, "I can drink, but I must not get drunk."

"Of course! Who are you guys? Superstars! There is a bunch of paparazzi following all of you outside. You shouldn't get too drunk and ruin your image," Lu Tao said as he took the lead and emptied his glass of beer.

When Yan Su helped him into the car, she caught sight of Ji Nuanyi's assistant and Cheng Sheng helping her into her car as well. She frowned but before she could get a closer look, Mo Liuxi grabbed her collar and pulled her into the car with him.

"What are you looking at? Let's go." Mo Liuxi wrapped his arms around her tightly and nuzzled his face into the nape of her neck. "Susu, don't move around. I'm feeling really dizzy."

Yan Su could smell the strong stench of alcohol on him, and she was too terrified to move around. She was worried that he might throw up on her.

After the car drove off, Yan Su asked the driver, "Are we being followed?"

"Nope." The driver shook his head.

Mo Liuxi muttered under his breath, "Who would dare to follow us? I am a shareholder of the Luoxi Corporation. No reporter would dare to write about us without getting a green light from our company!"

Yan Su heaved a sigh of relief. There were many perks to dating someone as influential and powerful as him.

In the hotel, Mo Liuxi leaned against Yan Su as she looked for their room. He rested his hand on her shoulder, and he saw Shi Xiang walking out of the elevator. Although his senses were dulled, he could still muster enough to smirk at him. Shi Xiang had obviously lied about retiring early to his room. He must have gone out and partied as well.
