Should I divorce her?
"Hah!" Axel huffed as he dropped his hand, facing his brother squarely. The displeasure on his face said it all. "This is not the brother I know. I don't like this! Why are you being so mean?" 2
Dominic blinked ever so slowly, assessing his brother's countenance quietly. Everything that his brother spewed rewound in his mind twice.
'Not the brother he knows?'Dominic let out a short and dry laugh, warranting Dane and Butler Fu's attention. He said nothing, raising his arm to check his wristwatch. "Take him back to his room. It's almost time for his therapy."
"What?!"
"Axel, if you have so much time and energy, I'll ask for another evaluation so we know whether or not you can be discharged." Dominic casually placed his hand inside his pocket, eyes still on Axel. "From what I can see, you're perfectly fine. You can take care of everyone, even if you're not a patient."
The frown on Axel's face deepened, watching the bodyguards behind his brother walk past Dominic. When the bodyguards reached him, he threw his hands in the air.
"There's no need to drag me like a criminal!" he harrumphed, glaring daggers at his big brother. "I'm really disappointed in you! Hmph! No need to drag me. I can walk on my own!"
With that being said, Axel stormed away. As he did so, he bumped shoulders with Dane, making the latter step aside. Dane winced a bit and placed a hand on his shoulder, looking back at the second young master's back.
"You shouldn't be too harsh on him," said Butler Fu as he also followed Axel's figure with his gaze. "He is just as worried as you."
"I know." Dominic kept his face ahead, taking a step forward. "Do what I told you to do and ask Tiger for updates. I'll wait in my son's room."
Dane, Butler Fu, and the bodyguards naturally lowered their heads as Dominic walked away toward the little master's ward. Nothing was said, waiting for Dominic to get in the ward before they left to execute the master's orders.

In Sebastian's private ward, Sebastian glanced at the entrance, only to see his father coming in. However, the little master said nothing, setting his attention to the book on his lap. This had been a part of his daily life since the incident. His father would drop in his ward just to sit on the couch in the corner or on the chair beside the bed. Sometimes Dominic would ask about his well-being, but most of the time, they wouldn't even talk to each other.
"You shouldn't be too hard on Uncle." After minutes of nothing but silence, Sebastian spoke. "He is just trying his best to cheer up everyone."
He slowly turned his head, eyes falling on his father. Dominic was sitting on the couch in the corner and loosening his tie.
"Daddy, why are you always here?" asked the little master to his father. "Shouldn't you visit Mommy and the baby?"
"Your mom prefers if I stay with you longer."
"But what about her?"
"You... are more important." Dominic spread his arms on the armrest, resting his leg over the other. "For me and for her. If you don't want to worry her, then let me be your company until she recovers enough to take care of you."
Sebastian pressed his lips as he lowered his gaze. "Fine."
Silence immediately reigned in the ward as neither of them talked. Sebastian refocused his attention on the book he was reading while Dominic just stared at his son.
[This is not the brother I know! I don't like this! Why are you being so mean?]
Dominic slowly lowered his gaze as his eyes partially closed. His mind couldn't help but recall Axel's remarks and how his brother glared at him.
'Not the brother he knows?'he wondered to himself, not having the time to have a self-evaluation of everything that was going on. 'Right... because that brother before that incident is simply pathetic.'
The original Heaven Liu died right under his nose. If Hera didn't take over his wife's body, Dominic could imagine just what could have happened to his family. That truth and the incident were proof of how complacent he was. Dominic thought he was already being careful, but Grandma Zhu was right.
He was simply arrogant.
Being Dominic Zhu, the head of the LYON Group and the patriarch of the Zhu family, didn't make him untouchable. If anything, that position made him the subject of malice. His position drew many people's unwanted attention. And he only realized that clearly after almost losing his entire family.
"Basti..." he called quietly, raising his eyes to the boy on the bed. His eyes fell on his son's cast, making his jaw tighten. "... do you think your dad should change?"
Sebastian's brows rose, and he turned his head to his father. This was strange, thought the boy. His father rarely asked for his opinion on such matters. After all, Dominic always acted as if he had everything figured out. Not to mention, he disliked asking a young boy anything, as he didn't want to burden Sebastian with adult issues.
"Yes." The little master quickly gave him some answer, looking away from him. "I like the old you better. You feel more distant now and it makes me think I'm at fault. I also wonder if because of me, you and Mommy are not on good terms. After all, you will not stay here most of the time if there isn't a problem between you two."
"You two should talk," he added as he flipped the page carefully. "And you need sleep. Uncle had been nagging me to convince you that you needed enough rest as well. If you fall sick, then I'm afraid you will not be able to take care of all of us as well."
Dominic's eyes softened as the corner of his mouth curled up into a subtle smile. "I also think I should rest," he whispered, leaning back as he closed his eyes. He tried sleeping, only to partially open his eyes to look at the ceiling.
'Should I divorce her?' was the question that he couldn't ask his son, but something he had been thinking since walking out of Heaven's ward yesterday.
