"Why is this happening?" Sun Yu grew anxious. "Do you know where Elder Wu is? What about Ziyun and Feng Wu?"

Elder Mei looked in the direction where most of the collapse was taking place.

Sun Yu paled.

Although Elder Mei didn't say anything, the look on his face was the answer.

Elder Mei gritted his teeth. "You get out first! I'll take a look over there!"

Sun Yu said, "We'll go with you!"

Elder Mei said, "No! I don't have the time to look after you!"

He then ran in the direction where he thought Elder Wu was.

However, he only made it a few steps before rocks began to fall.

The collapse had reached their area.

The impact threw him off balance.

The others rushed over and helped him to his feet.

However, more rocks fell from above.

He took a deep breath and went on, "We're in grave danger ourselves! We must get out as soon as possible!"

The team members couldn't believe it. "Are we going to give up on them?"

Before Elder Mei could answer, Mr. Xu said sternly, "Do you think Elder Mei doesn't want to save them? He can't!

"The collapse started in their direction! One can only imagine what happened over there!

"Do you know how dangerous it'll be to go in that direction now?

"To make it worse, we haven't explored that area yet. Even Elder Mei doesn't know the way!

"There are 80,000 tunnels. We can easily get lost and die there!

"Even if Elder Wu wasn't buried, he won't find his way out!"

The others lost hope when they heard this.

Meanwhile, more rocks were falling, and the rumbling was getting closer.

Mr. Xu turned pale. He turned to Elder Mei and waited for his decision.

"They're all elite students of our school and valuable assets! We can't afford to lose all of them!"

The team members glared at him.

"Ziyun isn't dead!" Sun Yu retorted.

If he had known the way, he wouldn't just be standing here.

Elder Mei finally made up his mind. "Let's go."

He had Mr. Xu lead the way.

They had explored this area, so Mr. Xu knew the way out.

No matter how reluctant Sun Yu and the others were, they didn't have any choice.
