Feng Wu said, "You need to stay in bed for the next three days. No extraneous activities for a month, and don't eat food that can irritate your injuries. Can you remember that?"

The crown prince shook his head. "No."

Feng Wu said, "Why can't you remember such a simple thing?"

Jun Linyuan glared at him. "Why should a crown prince remember such a thing?"

Feng Wu scratched her head. He had a point.

"I'll fetch Feng tomorrow." Feng Wu glanced at him.

She didn't know that Feng was visiting his hometown.

"You need some new clothes." Feng Wu frowned.

It was early spring, and the wind was still quite chilly.

She told Jun Linyuan, "Wait here. I'll find you some clothes."

She searched her drawers and closet until she found a night robe.

"Why do you have a man's robe in your room?!"

The crown prince wanted to kill somebody.

Feng Wu said, "I made it for Xiaoqi. Look. There are bunny ears on the hoodie. Isn't it lovely? Put it on."

The crown prince stared at her in disbelief.

Feng Wu said, "I know all your clothes are made from expensive material. Even the threads have silver and gold in them, but this is all I have. Do you want to wear your dirty clothes?"

The crown prince said impatiently, "Don't you have anything else?"

Feng Wu shrugged. "Nope. That's all I have. I made it bigger because I don't know when Xiaoqi will be back. You know, Grand Secretary Fang took him away on a long trip."

The crown prince grunted, "I didn't know that." He didn't care either.

Feng Wu went on. "I wonder how they're doing now. Life on the road must be so inconvenient."

The crown prince didn't like hearing Feng Wu talk about Xiaoqi all the time. Even as he put on the robe, he decided to burn it to ash later. When Xiaoqi came back, there wouldn't be anything left.

Before Feng Wu knew it, the crown prince had put on the robe.

His skin was smooth and fair. His deep-set eyes were intimidating on ordinary days, but his injuries made him let down his guard, so he looked like a sleepy tiger. Feng Wu almost wanted to rub his head.

"You look so nice!" Feng Wu was pleased with her work. "Don't start fights again. Xiaoqi is a good boy. He never starts fights."

The mention of Xiaoqi annoyed the crown prince.

"Get out!" he snapped.

Feng Wu asked, "Why are you so grumpy all of a sudden?"

Jun Linyuan said, "Get out of my sight now!"

Feng Wu said, "You're unbelievable! This is my room, and you're asking me to leave? Fine. I'll leave you alone! Enjoy!"

She left the room after that.

She couldn't understand it. She and Jun Linyuan had been having a peaceful moment, but he suddenly lost his temper; she didn't know what happened.

Feng Wu paced back and forth along the river.
