After dinner, Jin Yan insisted to send Xia Ning back. His reason was that it was hard to get a cab there and it would not be safe for her to go back on her own.

Xia Ning could not refuse him.

Outside the Qiao house, Xia Ning told Jin Yan to go home early and rest. She then turned around and went in through the door.
