Getting Under Control

"It's enough for today," I said as I stopped the battle; I had fought only forty minutes with Danielle, but I had made her expect all her energy that she had become completely sweaty and could barely stand.2

"Here are the things for you to use in the morning; I have left detail instructions inside on how to use them and what to do after," I said and threw two storages at them, which they have accepted without hesitation.

Unlike me, they are part of the secrete reserve forces, which means they will not have to join the battles unless things have become really serious, so they have time to train, and I want them to continuously train till they have no energy to even stand.

It is especially for Leonard; I am planning to make him use his constitutional ability continuously. I want to strengthen it, that not only he will be using it for hours instead of minutes but also use it a couple of times a day without getting tired. 

He is far from reaching that stage and would need months and constant practice with a huge amount of resources to strengthen his constitution to that degree. I planned to strengthen his constitution to that level, as it is required for the next phase of my plan, which, if it became successful, will shock the world.

Soon they left, leaving me alone in the huge arena; it was time that I focused on myself and got that uncontrolled strength under my control.

I think the night would be more than enough for it; I had already made huge progress earlier, and what little remained could be worked on the night.

While I train to get complete control over my strength, I will also focus on identifying important markers that make this strength such hard to control. Once I understood that the increase in strength by art would be easy to control like a regular strength increase.

With those thoughts, I summoned my sword; it was in its original form, not in the rapier form I had used in the battle with the Grimm Monsters earlier.

I charged the weight enchantment and made it even heavier before I started to move it very slowly. It is my tried and tested method, and I am confident that its working without a doubt.

Hours passed by, and before I knew it, it was morning, and I was feeling quite tired, but there was a content smile on his face. I have got full control over the strength I have got from the art; I had practiced all the moves and now would not be shocked by the strength they could provide me.

I was shocked earlier when I burned my blood a few hours ago to see what changes the art had brought, and it had shocked me pleasantly, and now, my final move could provide me with a lot more strength than I had expected, and this strength would continue to increase as I made the strides in my art.

I had found a few markers, they helped me understand my strength better, and next time my strength would increase by my art, I will be able to get control over it more quickly.

I took back my sword and called off my armor as I walked into the teleportation formation; a second later, I was in my quarters. 

I directly walked into the shower and let cold water cascade over my body. I stayed in the shower for fifteen minutes before I walked out. A few minutes later, I was in my kitchen cooking breakfast for myself and the other two.

It took me half an hour to cook the breakfast and ten minutes to finish it off before I sat on the couch and closed my eyes.

The next second I was at my core; I had to go to the command center soon, but before that, I had to do an important thing. 

I unloaded the storage of the Snakeman, and things came out, things far more than expected. I should not be surprised; I should have expected it seeing what kind of fighter it was. It was a very powerful and adept poison master who could attack while remaining hidden.

It was far more dangerous than the Bearman and had killed three Master class powerhouses of us humans that we know of; I am sure it would have killed more whole remaining hidden, in the war or in ruins.

The resources are immense, enough that I could exchange them 60% of what I need; with it, I will have enough resources to practice my art again.

I quickly begin to select the resources for the exchange while noting down the info. Pyramid like to have some information about the resources and help in fetching a little higher price.

An hour later, I finished with the resources, which are tagged and packed; I will send them to the pyramid later and should be able to receive the resources I need by evening or at most tomorrow.

After finished with sorting resources, I looked at my core which is becoming vibrant by the day. The seeds I have planted grow each day, giving me hope that one day I will be able to harvest the extremely rare resources from them.

Though there is still quite a time before that could happen, I could still dream about it. There are a few more types of seeds I planning on, but I am very picky about what I want to plant.

I have posted the long list of seeds I want; all of them are extremely rare and precious, useful to me to various degrees, especially in the 2nd and after stages of my art.

While the other seeds are growing fine, there is no sign of budding in that seed the grand lord has given me, though the changes had occurred since it had consumed the purified bloodline. Now, it is taking three times more energy than before, and the color of the seed is also becoming darker.

I hope it will sprout soon, so I can see what kind of plant it is.
