At 100 Cosmos, the past Infinite Cosmos was finally considered a Cosmic Filament- a cluster of Cosmos as such a distinction allowed for the improvement of many features as well as the unlocking of others!0

From {Cosmic Core Management}, the ability was now {Cosmic Filament Management} as under it, there lay something beautiful.

Apart from the numbers and many new things to explore, Noah's eyes honed in on a singular thing at the very end of the Blue panel that described the conditions to elevate the unique treasure within his hands into the next rank.

He had to…fuse the Cosmos within 5 separate Realities before it could advance forward in rank, and this advancement would make it a Seed of Reality!

In the possible future, Noah would actually be capable of having such a thing as a mere treasure under him as the current Infinite Empire would be elevated to become a Primordial Relic.

It was a fantastical concept to think about as Noah forcefully shook himself out of his reverie, browsing through everything else as his mind sent waves of communication toward a certain location.

"What are the relevant changes and upgrades across all features?"

Noah's voice echoed into the consciousness of the Cosmic Core as it replied swiftly.

<Cosmic Treasures can now be forged in the Blacksmith's Forge with the requirement of unique materials and transmutations, though not at the level of naturally born Cosmic Treasures like RUINATION.

<Elixirs to increase Comprehension and Assimilation in All Laws and all levels of Daos can now also be made in the Alchemy Hall.

The monotone voice of the Cosmic Filament Core continued on without a pause, more and more fantastical things being said one after another!

<Cosmic Daos can now be forged freely with the upper limit being how many Cosmos are fused within the Infinite Empire, with 3 Cosmic Daos rivaling the quality of Ruination and the Primordial Daos now capable of being forged.

Words that brought Noah immense happiness echoed out as they continued even now!

<The Time Dilation in specified spaces can now rival that of RUINATION, being at the ratio of 1000:1, and this feature is even more enhanced when we discuss the newly unlocked Cosmic Holy Land.

The Grand area that had appeared in the Novus Universe that was larger than multiple galaxies, an exquisite structure of golden stairs with thrones sprawled gloriously through out as above all these thrones- a single golden one prevailed! The details of this new feature floated out seamlessly before Noah's mind.

:: The land of progress and enlightenment for the Emperor overseeing the Cosmic Filament Core and a specific number of chosen Kings under him that are given unique authorities. Within the Cosmic Holy Land, the concentration of all known Law and Dao Essences are increased by a factor of a thousand, forging an area where just by spending a sufficient amount of time in, one can comprehend and easily assimilate Daos and Laws. Within this land, the ratio of time is 5000:1 when compared to the outside Cosmos, with the chosen Kings being granted +1,000,000% to Realm Progression, Law and Dao Comprehension, and the privilege of having their influence spread across the Infinite Empire as they gain a passive increase in their Marks of Antiquity constantly. The one residing on the throne of the Emperor is granted +100,000,000% to Realm Progression & Law and Dao Comprehension, a Doubling of all of his different Essence Resources, and the responsibility to carry the Cosmic Filament Core forward to become a Seed of Reality that once it sprouts and blooms…

The words stopped there as Noah's eyes turned questioningly towards the consciousness of the Cosmic Filament Core.

<...This is just how I put it, Master. It was a cluster of undecipherable information after the mention of carrying the responsibility of bringing forth the Seed of Reality as I thought it would be better to not include the undecipherable portions.

The monotone voice that seemed to gradually be showing more and more emotion rang out as Noah smiled while shaking his head, looking towards the single golden throne sitting above all others in the <Cosmic Holy Land

as the figure of his Universal Form disappeared to teleport into this vibrant Holy Land!

His Primordial Ruination Clone remained behind on the Throne of Tyranny as he watched his other body arrive in the stellar space and sit calmly upon the golden throne, a blinding light shooting out as the seat of the Emperor of the Infinite Empire was taken at this moment.

"It is a glorious mark of distinction…one that some of you will be able to enjoy as we move forward!" His Primordial Ruination Clone answered the dazed Springforge that had asked what was going on, the figure of his main body in the <Cosmic Holy Land

becoming covered by multicolored rivers of essence and fog that swirled around this unique location, disappearing from everyone's eyes as Noah's Clone took the center of attention!

They all gazed towards him for direction and answers as he smiled lightly, even the gaze of this Primordial Ruination Clone on the Throne of Tyranny as a duty fell upon him.

There were Kings to be appointed.

There was structure to form for the newly enacted Infinite Empire!

As the Primordial Ruination Clone would take care of these matters, Noah himself had hidden his golden throne within the vibrant and mystical Cosmic Holy Land as he enjoyed the 5,000:1 Time Ratio, a single day in the outside Cosmos being 5,000 days within this space- that was over 13 years! 

Noah used this increased time on hand as he pulled out the duplicated Shards of a Cosmic Core and Shards of a Primordial Heart, his Origin beginning to bubble hungrily as it was ready to forge billions of Cosmos.

At the same time, the essence of Kismet dawned upon him as the Flames of Kismet danced wildly within his Origin, Noah looking at the best paths he could take from here on out as he prepared for his grand return to the Primordial Sea where the waves of Destiny were clustered around the most at this point in time!
