Where the differences and hatred ran so deep that out of such a war, it resulted in the complete Wipeout and erasure of the other faction or Lineage!

The Victors of the Apex War held such a right of annihilation!

Apex Wars were called upon when differences ran so deep that conflict was the only solution, but it was something controlled as normally, the Apex Aeonic Lifeforms fought and absorbed the losing faction after blood had been spilled to a great extent.

When it came to Apex Wars of Annihilation, both sides had to agree to it in order for it to be carried out as this type of an Apex War granted the right of Complete annihilation that the Victors could carry out!

It was against everything that the Investiture of Extremity stood for as it was something that rarely ever took place.

Each Apex War had to be under the approval of the Adjudicator of said Haven as their job was to prevent conflict from ever rising to such a level in the first place.

The last few Apex Wars to occur in the Aeonic Haven of Dissolution had ended with 80% of the Apex Aeonic Lifeforms from the losing side being wiped out before the winners were crowned and attained everything.

They all happened in developed Havens that had already undergone Extremity Sanctification as if this Apex War went through…it would be the first in the Aeonic Haven of Dissolution!

"Noblesse and Lernaeans have fought over the years and spilled much blood, but in the past days…a total of three Apex Aeonic Noblesse lost their lives to Lernaeans.  We have cause. We have conflict. We have blood being spilled. Please, do not deny us our right!"

Commander Vladic gritted his teeth with bloodshot eyes as he mentioned the Apex Aeonic Noblesse killed by Orion during his escape, as well as Euryale and Richard just now.

He provided cause and conflict as the skies filling with Ruin and Nullity crackled silently, the pristine aura of Extremity silent.

"As the Lernaean Lineage Emperor, I accept the call for an Apex War with the Noblesse Lineage. An Apex War of Annihilation!"

His visage was freely and without fear crossing the skies filled with raining tendrils of Ruin and Nullity, Apex Aeonic Lifeforms surrounding him on all sides as he looked like a magnificent celestial warrior walking upon a stellar battlefield!

He floated until he arrived right before the forces of the Apex Aeonic Noblesse, Grand Genesis Elder Meiying also seeing him closely as he spoke out while staring straight into the eyes of Commander Vladic.

"This war will end the differences between Lernaeans and Noblesse. And in this war…I shall participate as the Lernaean Lineage Emperor. Any Apex Aeonic Lifeforms can come settle their grudges with me as they like freely without worrying about the Investiture of Extremity!"
