Lin Shuwen heaved a sigh of relief to hear this.

"Deputy Mayor Yang has called for an emergency meeting. Please come over," said Deputy Mayor Yang's secretary standing by the door.

Lin Shuwen turned to look at him. Just as he was about to say something, Deputy Mayor Yang's secretary left the room politely without giving him the chance to ask more.

Lin Shuwen frowned. The man had a blatantly arrogant attitude.

"Let me go check it out first," said Lin Shuwen deeply after contemplating.

Deputy Mayor Yang was always friendly to Fang Chen on the surface but hated Fang Chen in reality.

Now that he had suddenly asked for an emergency meeting, he must be up to no good.
