She waved her hands. Then the maid placed the clothes upon the table.

"Just take a look at them to see if they work. Well, you have no right to dislike them, you have never worn such beautiful clothes before, right?" Gu Ruxue said as she stood up and was about to leave.

Gu Chaoyan leafed through the clothes. They were so ordinary, so she shrugged. "They are really ugly, you can bring them back."

"You!" Gu Ruxue had not expected that Gu Chaoyan would dislike them. "You have to put them on no matter what. The visit to the imperial court isn't a thing to be done casually. If you ever lose the Gu Family's face, you will not be able to afford the consequence! Don't ever think that I would defend you just because I am going to be the Princess Consort!"
