Gu Chaoyan frowned. She truly had no intention of having any words with Mrs. Duke North. However, the corner of her eyes reached Zheng Chenyi in bed, and she nodded finally. "Okay."2

She put down the teacup and walked out of the room with Mrs. Duke North. Zhou Huaijin threw a worried look at Gu Chaoyan.

Zheng Chenyi said with a smile, "Don't worry, my mom is friendly. She is asking Lady Chaoyan out because she thought we have something important to talk about."

Zhou Huaijin nodded and felt assured.

Actually, he did not have anything more to share with Zheng Chenyi, but as Mrs. Duke North was mentioned, he still reminded him. "Mrs. Duke North is having a difficult time these years, so don't let her worry when you are on your feet again in the future.
