Feng Yun's group arrived in Lin City a few days ago. Lin City was far away from the Royal Academy of the Black Tortoise Empire. Feng Yun decided to stay in Lin City for some time before figuring out the situation of the Black Tortoise Empire.  1

"Huh, I thought Academy is established in the Black Tortoise City." Feng Yun was surprised. According to the records, the royal academy was founded by the royal family of the Black Tortoise Empire. It should be built around the imperial city.

They spent a few more days in Lin City before heading toward Red Spring City. Fortunately, no accident occurred during their journey as his group acted in a low-key manner and didn't provoke unnecessary people. 

After arriving at the Red Spring City, Feng Yun finally witnessed the grandness of the Red Spring City. It was a really huge city. While walking on the street, Feng Yun was stunned to see that even a casual pedestrian was an earth-profound realm cultivator. Sky and Heaven Profound Realm cultivators were common to see, even Sovereign Profound Realm cultivators could be seen from time to time.

Feng Yun's group found an inn to settle down.

"Feng Yun!" Suddenly, someone called out his name. Feng Yun turned around and looked at the person curiously who called out.

It was none other than old man Chu Long. Seeing the familiar face of Chu Long, a smile appeared on Feng Yun's face. Chu Long was Stewart of the Phoenix Treasure Pavilion as well, one of the elders of the Liu Clan who followed Liu Mingxia to the Black Tortoise Empire. Not all members of the Liu Clan came to the empire.

"Greeting Manager Chu!" The receptionist girl also looked at the old man and greeted respectfully. Chu Long nodded light toward her and focused on Feng Yun.

"Hello, Elder Chu! How are you?" Feng Yun smiled widely and walked toward him. 

"I am good. How about you? It's been a while." Chu Long smiled lightly and spoke. "When did you come here?"

Feng Yun replied. "I just arrived here."

Chu Long nodded and said, "Let's move into the guest room and talk more over tea."

"Sure!" Feng Yun nodded. After that, Chu Long led him to the guest room.

On the other side, the reception girl was feeling fortunate that she didn't offend the young man. The way they were talking, they seemed friendly.

As they sat down, a girl brought tea and poured it into cups. 

"So, how is business?" Feng Yun took a sip and asked curiously.

"Well, it is not bad. Compared to the Long Imperial Dynasty, they are multiple competitors here in the empire. It was tough at the start, but slowly getting better and better." Chu Long said as he told him about the business. 

"And what about you? How is your cultivation..." Chu Long asked and stopped abruptly as a shocked look appeared in his eyes.

"Well, she is not here, I will take you to meet her." Chu Long said with a smile.
