After reaching their houses Yue held Fan Xui's hand stopping him. "w-what are you going to do about your guest? I don't like him staying with you....."

Fan Xui smiled softly and kissed his knuckles. "I will solve that problem. Don't worry. Go in, your parents would be waiting for you."

Yue shyly took his hand back and walked into his house.

Tian who came after him, just nudged him in.

Pouting, Yue sent an air kiss to Fan.

"Oh my god, get in you,"

"Why not? You cuddle with your girlfriend," Yue peered back at them.

Juda was a deep shade of red while Tian shamelessly shrugged. "What can you do? I'm older and you are a small kid, barely eighteen. So control your exploding hormones and get in." She glanced back. "He's a kid! Get your thing in control."

"I'm of legal age!"

"Not on my account you aren't," Tian smilingly pulled him in and closed the door. "when you are nineteen maybe you can do 18 plus stuff," she consoled him a bit.

"Yeh! Really? I'm nineteen in a few days." Yue laughed and ran in.

Tian just stood there, frozen. "What? When is your birthday, really?"

"May 16th, it's May 7th now. You will have no other go but to accept me doing 18+ stuff," he popped out his tongue playfully at her.

"gasp! Honey... did I hear it right?" his mum shockingly pulled at her husband's arm. "Aren't you going to talk him out of it?"

His dad, contrary to his expectation, sighed and added. "He is not a kid. Let him date who he wants."

Hearing this was more than enough. Yue ran and hugged him tight. "Thank you dad... love you,"

"Oh that's enough. I just said you were an adult. Now you are acting like a kid. Who will have the heart to give you away to another man?" He gently caressed his head.

"I'm still your kid...." Yue pouted, kissing his cheeks. "I will always be your kid however old I get,"

"Geez, you ate a pound of sugar didn't you?" his father's eyes started to tear up slightly.

On the other hand, his mum slightly pouted, standing beside her Tian was also pouting exactly the same manner.

"Wow you both look alike," Yue mumbled softly.

Tian glanced at her and so did his mum. They both just blinked at each other.

"She is my daughter after all." She hesitantly reached out to hug her.

Tian also moved close, letting her hug her limp body.

His mum looked his way with a silent gasp. "she is hugging me" she mouthed with a bright smile on her face.

His mum let go of her and gently kissed her forehead.

Tian slightly flinched back with a flushed face. "I'm still not that comfortable... sorry,"

"It's okay child..... I will wait until you are.... Tian I missed all your younger years, I hope you will give me the chance to get close to you so that I can watch you fall in love, be with you when you are down, hug you when you are happy.... can you allow me in your heart dear?"

Tian looked away wiping her eyes slightly. "Maybe... yea..."

"Great~ great... I would love to get to know your likes and dislikes." His mum excitedly clung to her.

Tian also seemed more than welcoming to her touch.

"Your mum seems to be doing well with her. Ay, when am I going to get close to my daughter? Sad to admit but I'm slightly envious."

Juda and Lui just sat on the sofa watching the family have a small reunion. The cat and the chickens also joined them shortly, watching Yue's parents and the two siblings go about their day.

On the other hand, the neighbouring house was not so peaceful,

Just as Fan Xui entered, a figure threw himself to him.

He swiftly dodged. "'intruder!" acting like he was blind.

"It's me Fan ah. I... I'm sorry if I startled you a bit... where is Qian? Did he stay back to work?" Liwei glanced out expectantly.

"No he is at his boyfriend's."

"Oh.. I thought he would be stuck to his desk working.." Liwei laughed slightly.

Fan Xui paused. "I'm having my boyfriend over as well. we might get intimate, so can you move back to your place from now on,"

"boy.. a boyfriend? you.. you have a boyfriend. Fan ah your bluffs are getting too real." Liwei chuckled softly, patting his hand. His expression was definitely very strange. he looked like someone had punched his face. "I almost fell for your jokes,"

"I'm serious. I'm having my boyfriend over. so can you move out. Qian has already requested the soldiers to make more rounds near your house. it is completely safe so..." he gestured to the open door.

"I..I don't feel safe.. Fan ah...I won't interfere. I will be in a corner, not even making a sound. So, please.. Please don't make me go home.."

"Liwei, I'm a grown adult. I wish to be intimate with my boyfriend without anyone interfering. Is it too much to ask." he opened the door wide. "Please, the sun is setting. You might not be able to find your way back home after dark. I suggest you get a move on soon."

Fan Xui closed the door without any regret. It was very obvious that Liwei harbored some dark intentions towards him. However, he was not sure why he was insisting on sticking around.

'How was I not aware of this in the past? Have I been as blind as Qian? Fuck, I feel disgusting..'

But now with the situation reversed he could make out all the expressions Liwei was making when was talking so sweetly. It was all malicious.

It made him wonder. 'Did he make the same expressions when he was with the first three years? Did he scorn and cuss the blind me right in front of my face?'

'I have been cheated for so many years... if Yue had not warned me I would have still been 'blind' to his trickery,'
