Ajax was surprised for a moment and nodded.

'It's been a while since I met the master. Let's go and meet him.'

Ajax thought before following Zaglanath to a special area in the Mid-level trader's realm.

"Zaglanath, what is this place? The essence of nature is pure and those buildings…don't tell me those belong to the cultivators."

Looking at his surroundings, Ajax could not help but ask Zaglanath about the buildings and the essence of nature.

He was not surprised much by the essence of nature; however, what surprised him the most was the buildings that looked like the residence of the cultivators.

"This is the 'cultivation grounds' of the mid-level trader's level where you can cultivate at the same speed as an average Greater World."

Zaglanath pointed at a few cultivators sitting cross-legged in the distance and explained it in more detail, "There were many emperor realm cultivators from the normal grade worlds like our Purple stone world. This special is specially made for them. So that, they could cultivate here in their spirit consciousness form without leaving their world."

As the emperor of the world, he might have great power; however, with great power comes great responsibility. An emperor's responsibility was to protect his world from the invading forces.

So, almost all the emperors of the normal worlds would not dare to leave their world because without their world they would become an average emperor among the millions of emperor realm cultivators in this universe.

"So, instead of entering the Greater Worlds, the emperors of the normal worlds and the cultivators who could not travel to the others would rent a spot here and cultivate. Since this area is close to that area, the essence of nature in this area is also a little bit purer compared to the rest of the mid-level trader's realm."

Zaglanath explained the pure essence of nature in the area they entered.

'I wonder how pure the essence of nature is in this place.'

The essence of nature in the area they were walking was already so pure. Hence, Ajax wondered about the purity of the essence of nature in that area.

"What about the buildings?"

Nevertheless, his interest in residential buildings was more compared to that. So, he asked Zaglanath about it.

"As for the buildings, as long as you buy one of those buildings, you will get a permanent cultivation spot in that area. Most of the emperors of the normal worlds could buy them and live here for most of the time to cultivate."

Ajax understood and felt it was a good innovation and business model for the owner of the trader's realm.

"Do you want to buy one?"

They continued to walk towards one of the buildings as Zaglanath asked Ajax whether he wanted to buy a building.

"No. I am already busy with things in the outside world."

Ajax thought of buying one of the buildings just to test the purity of the essence of nature and how beneficial it would be for him; however, when he realized that he would be too busy to stay in the Mid-level trader's realm.

He had formed some deals with the cultivators from various worlds and at the same time, he was planning to upgrade his strength to the Emperor realm as soon as possible.

To do that, he needed so many smaller world cores and he already decided to go all out and collect as many smaller world cores as possible until the system finishes its upgrade.

Therefore, he directly replied that he would not be buying a living residence in the Mid-level trader's realm.

"Even though you don't want to buy it now, you might want to buy it in the future."

Zaglanath didn't expect such a reply from Ajax; however, he knew Ajax needed a living residence in the mid-level trader's realm because they were from the same world where the essence of nature was not so pure.

"Huh? Why is it?"

Ajax frowned at Zaglanath's words.

"Because there are other benefits in buying a living residence in the mid-level traders' realm and if you want to buy a living residence on a whim, it would be impossible as it would cost a lot of trader's tokens."

Zaglanath revealed a slight smile and explained, "The emperors of the normal worlds accumulate the trader's tokens for decades to buy one of those buildings. So, it is better to start preparing funds for a living residence as early as possible."

"Huh? Other benefits? And it takes decades to buy one of those buildings."

Ajax's interest piqued as he heard about the living residences in the mid-level trader's realm.

"Yes. The benefits  other than getting a permanent cultivation spot in the 'Cultivation Zone' include the ten percent discount on all the items you buy and sell through the auction house, the trader can get….."

Zaglanath listed a ton of benefits that the trader's realm gives to the owner of a residence building, making Ajax surprised.

"There are so many benefits. I think it is really worth buying a house then."

After hearing all the benefits, Ajax felt even if he didn't live in the trader's realm more often, it was worth buying for the additional benefits that could give him.

'Since I will be buying more and more items from the auction house from now on, I need that 10 percent discount along with the other benefits.'

Ajax silently thought in his head as he asked, 'What is the price then?'

"It costs 25 billion trader's tokens only."

After saying the price, Zaglanath looked at Ajax's facial expressions to see how he would react.

"25 billion trader's tokens are….a little too much."

Ajax was already expecting the price to be high; however, he didn't expect it to be 15 billion higher than he thought.

"Of course, it is too much. That's why I asked you to start preparing for the funds to buy a living residence."

Zaglanath nodded before saying, "There is another special benefit that I didn't mention to you."

"A special benefit?"
