Qin Yan meets Xi Jung

After exiting the hotel, Xi Jung asked Zheng Tian to hack all the surveillance cameras on the roads connecting the hotel. He could have informed the police and asked for the footage but he couldn't afford to waste anymore time. He was apprehensive about the situation his nephew was in. 2

"Boss, the girl went in the direction of the City hospital", Zheng Tian mentioned. 'Hospital? What for? Shouldn't she hide somewhere? What does she intend to do?' wondered Xi Jung. But as time was short, he stopped his analysis and ordered,"Let's go then. Also keep an eye on the cameras all the time."

"Boss, she took the little young master to the hospital. Should I contact someone in the hospital?" Zheng Tian asked.

Xi Jung answered thoughtfully, "No need. She cannot do anything in hospital. It is a safe place."

'It seems that I should not judge the girl quickly. If she had any bad intentions, she would not have taken baby to the hospital. The picture would be clear after I reach the hospital,' pondered Xi Jung.

Along with the mystery of the girl, Xi Jung was also worried about the condition of his nephew. Why was he unconscious? What happened to him?

"Contact Lu Che and ask him to come to City hospital immediately," said Xi Jung.

"Right away, boss."

Qin Yan was so worn out that she dozed off on the bench.

She was woken up by the nurse, "Miss, please fill the admission form for the patient."

"Actually, I don't know the patient. I found him somewhere and because he was having a fever, I brought him here," said Qin Yan.

The nurse was about to say something when door of the treatment room opened. The doctor came out and informed, "Patient's condition has been stabilized now. We have kept him on a drip and you can take him home once it is finished."

"Such high fever can burn the brain cells of the patient which can make him stupid. Thankfully, you administered a preliminary treatment otherwise anything could happen."

Qin Yan thanked the doctor sincerely. She knew how serious the situation was. She was relieved to hear that little bun was safe.

"By the way, are you a medical student? How do you know about it?"

Qin Yan was thinking about how to answer the doctor when she saw the doctor walking past her with a shocked expression.

"Doc...Lu..Doctor Lu Che?"

The attending doctor was baffled seeing the most outstanding doctor of the country in front of him. Lu Che was the god of medicine. His success rate was 100% which was the rarest of the rare.

After Dr. Mo Ran, who was called the Goddess of Surgery, the next in line was Dr. Lu Che. Both were almost on par with each other and the only difference was that Lu Che busied himself with research whereas Mo Ran was serving in army.

Lu Che had just flown over from Beijing by private plane to S city. He was attending Xi Ting when Zheng Tian told him about the little young master. He was worried of leaving Xi Ting but seeing that he was no more in danger, he directly  came to the City hospital.

"Hello Doctor. Nice to meet you. I am here for the little young master of Xi family, who you were talking about right now. Can you take me to him? I want to check him just to be sure. I hope you don't mind," Lu Che said politely.

As soon as Xi Jung entered the hospital with Lu Che, they heard the briefing given by doctor to Qin Yan. They knew that Little bun was safe but for reassurance, Lu Che still insisted on checking him.

"No, No, Of course not. It would be my pleasure to assist you," the attending doctor said with admiration. With that, both of them entered the emergency room.

Xi Jung was quite shocked looking at such ugly girl. The CCTV didn't show her face clearly. It was just enough to identify the person. But after coming face to face, he saw how awful she looked. Being a young master of a prominent family, he was always surrounded by beauties. An ugly one, even to this extent, was rare to his eyes.

Suppressing his inner thoughts, Xi Jung stepped towards her, "Miss thank you for saving my nephew. I am really grateful towards you."

Qin Yan had recognised Lu Che the moment she saw him. After all, they were in the same profession and on the top ladder of it.

But she didn't recognise Xi Jung.

He was a tall, very handsome man with sharp features. His face looked somewhat familiar but she couldn't remember why. His character was playful and he didn't look like a serious person to begin with. Xi Jung had already returned to normal as soon as he knew that baby was safe. So, Qin Yan didn't experience his coldness. She thought of him as a rich second generation heir.

"There is no need to thank me. It was my duty as a doc...human being to save a child. But you should be careful from now on. Please take extra care of the boy. Your negligence could cost him his life," Qin Yan couldn't help but reprimand him for his carelessness.

Xi Jung was surprised that the girl didn't flatter him like others and thought of reprimanding him. Now that he was sure she posed no ill intentions, his curiosity piqued.

"Miss, may I ask you a question?" he asked warily.
