When Qin Muran came back to her senses, she hurriedly supported Lu Yaran. "Sister, what did you do to mother! How can you be like this! Just because mother was educating you, you made her like this!" she reprimanded Qin Yan angrily.1

Qin Yan smiled coldly, "Oh that. I just dislocated her arm. I want her to remember this lesson whenever she tries to hit me. Also, if you feel bad, why don't I make you like this too? Then you mother daughter can accompany each other."

As Qin Yan stepped forward, Qin Muran looked at her in fear and took two steps back. She was horrified at this side of Qin Yan.

"Wang Yinan, call two guards and beat the shit out of this bitch!" Seeing that Qin Yan was about to make a move on her beloved daughter, Lu Yaran ordered furiously.

Wang Yinan along with the guards stood surrounding Qin Yan. Before they could touch her, Qin Yan strode towards Lu Yaran and relocated her arm. This process was accompanied by another shrill scream of Lu Yaran.

Wang Yinan and the guards quickly restrained Qin Yan. This was the scene which Qin Yicheng saw when he entered the house.

Lu Yaran was furiously staring at Qin Yan while Qin Muran was watching by the side silently. Two guards and Wang Yinan had restrained Qin Yan and she had a fearful expression on her face.

Lu Yaran and Qin Muran were stunned by the sudden turn of events. Before they could comprehend the situation, they heard a deep voice, "What is going on here?" Qin Yicheng asked.

Lu Yaran walked towards Qin Yicheng and held his arm while crying, "Yicheng, look at what Yan Yan has done to me! I just asked her to help me with some chores to which she responded so violently. She dislocated my arm. It is so painful! I don't understand what I did wrong. You have to do justice here."

Seeing Lu Yaran's state and hearing her words, Qin Yicheng was filled with anger. "Qin Yan, get on your knees and apologize to your mother! NOW!" he ordered furiously.

Qin Yan looked over at Qin Yicheng pitifully. The look in her eyes somewhat pierced Qin Yicheng's heart. It was as though she was the one who was wronged.

She said calmly, "Father, may I ask what did I do to receive this punishment?"

Qin Muran then interrupted, "Sister, you dislocated mother's arm. Don't you see how much pain she is in? Quickly apologize. Father and mother will forgive you. Don't make them worry."

Qin Yan turned to her sister, "Muran, how can you and mother spout such nonsense? How would I know to dislocate someone's arm? Besides isn't mother fine?"

"Father, if you don't believe me, you can ask mom to try moving her hand."

Qin Yicheng glanced at his wife. Hearing Qin Yan's words, Lu Yaran subconsciously moved her hand but she didn't feel any pain. She was pleasantly surprised. Only when she looked up at Qin Yicheng, did her smile freeze.

Her husband was looking at her with a dark expression. "No, Yicheng, believe me. She really did dislocate my arm. I am not lying."

Qin Yicheng then asked her, "Lu Yaran, can you tell me how Yan Yan knows this thing? How can you explain this?"

"That..." Lu Yaran had no words to explain herself. She didn't know how it ended up like this. Qin Yan should have been punished but instead she was suffering from all the grievances. Knowing that even her mother could not find a reason to give, Qin Muran just stood at the side in silence. She didn't want to bear her father's wrath.

Qin Yicheng looked at his wife with disappointment and then turned to Wang Yinan and the guards. At this point, the guards had let go of Qin Yan and only Wang Yinan was holding her tightly.

"Let her go," Qin Yicheng ordered coldly. Wang Yinan shrank back in silence. "Yan Yan, make sure not to anger your mother in future. Also if you do something wrong, you should apologise," he didn't forget to reprimand Qin Yan.

Qin Yan was already expecting this. No matter what happened, she was the one to be lectured and punished. Now that Qin Yicheng didn't find any proof against her, he was pretending to be magnanimous, expecting that she would also follow his words.

Qin Yan looked at her so-called father disappointingly. She no longer held any hope from this family. She turned around and went straight to her bedroom.

Qin Yicheng also strode towards his bedroom leaving the mother daughter in the living room.

Meanwhile, Lu Yaran's eyes flashed with hatred. This was the first time she had been proven wrong in front of her husband. Her gentle and considerate persona had almost collapsed. This was all because of that ingrate. She swore to make Qin Yan's life living hell. What she didn't know was that it was going to happen to her.
