The doctor gazed at the Qin couple and replied truthfully, "Patient is not in danger, but she was beaten up fiercely. Her two ribs are broken and her left hand suffered a fracture. Whoever beat her focussed on her face and now her face is badly bruised. It will probably take more than a month for her to recover."0

The nurse who came out with the doctor said, "We have reported the incident to police, so your cooperation will be required."

Hearing that her daughter was injured so badly, Lu Yaran lost her temper, "Who has the guts to do this to my Muran!" She then turned to Qin Yicheng and said, "Husband, no matter what, we have to find the culprits at any cost. I will not let this matter rest otherwise."

Qin Yicheng, also was burning with anger. Qin Muran was his beloved daughter and he couldn't see her suffer such injustice. He took out his phone and called his secretary to investigate the matter in detail.

At this time, Qin Muran was pushed out of the emergency room. When Lu Yaran saw her daughter, she completely lost her composure. She swore to take revenge from the people who did this to her daughter.

Qin Yan was sitting on her study table with her laptop. She browsed the news and saw what happened to the gang. She also had heard the discussions in the school and as soon as she reached home, she opened her laptop to get exact details.

Qin Yan was truly surprised at this turn of events. She didn't believe that this was done for her because she knew her place. She thought that the gang might have offended someone very powerful for them to turn out this way.

What she didn't know was that this was the work of a certain kid who was taking revenge for her.

Although the little guy knew that Qin Yan escaped unharmed, but that did not mean that they had not planned to harm her. It was just like if the victim was not murdered, that doesn't mean the culprit would escape being punished for attempt to murder.

When Qin Yan finished browsing the news, she heard a commotion from downstairs. She normally wouldn't bother about it but it seemed to her that Lu Yaran was crying.

Just to watch a good show, she came downstairs. Qin Yicheng and Lu Yaran had left till then.

She asked the servant standing in the living room what had happened.

The servant told her about Qin Muran.

Qin Yan was baffled hearing about the situation from the servant. She couldn't believe that such a coincidence could occur. Yesterday, the gang was wiped off and today, Qin Muran was thrashed.

She was unable to comprehend the situation even after thinking about it for a long time.

In the hospital.

Qin Muran woke up. Seeing her parents in front of her, she broke down completely. These were the tears of indignation. She had never suffered such humiliation before.

Lu Yaran's heart broke after seeing her daughter in such state. She tried to console her, "Muran, don't cry. Mother's heart aches seeing you cry. Please don't cry baby."

Qin Muran sobbed pitifully, "Mother, why must they do this to me? I haven't done anything wrong. Why did they treat me like this!"

Hearing Qin Muran, Lu Yaran remembered that she had to find out who did this to her daughter. She turned to Qin Yicheng, "Did you find out who was behind this matter?"

When Qin Yicheng was about to answer, his phone rang. He excused himself out.

Qin Muran saw her father going out and stopped crying immediately. Her eyes filled up with hatred as she told her mother, "Mom, Qin Yan was behind this. I want revenge mom, I WANT REVENGE," she gritted her teeth in hatred.

Lu Yaran was startled seeing her daughter filled with ruthlessness. She asked her, "Muran, why are you saying this? And are you sure that bitch was behind all this?"

At this time, Qin Muran dropped her pretense in front of her mother. She knew that Lu Yaran hated Qin Yan to the core. So she told her everything from the start.

Lu Yaran was shocked hearing all this. She couldn't believe that her daughter turned out just like her. She was in an impression that her daughter was a gentle and considerate person. But this incident opened her eyes.

Seeing the shocked expression on her mother's face, Qin Muran did not back down, "Mom, I haven't offended anyone other than that bitch. Moreover, the wiping out of that gang yesterday and this happening today is too much of a coincidence. I am damn sure that this is the work of that bitch."

Lu Yaran came back to her senses and asked in a whisper, "Muran, but how could she have the capability to do all this?"

"I don't know that. She must have seduced someone powerful to deal with me," Qin Muran answered.

Lu Yaran thought carefully and reminded, "Muran, don't say anything to anybody now. We don't have evidence against that bitch," She continued ruthlessly, "Don't worry, mother will avenge you in some or other way."

When they heard the door of the room opening, both mother and daughter shut up.

Qin Yicheng came in with an unsightly expression on his face. Lu Yaran asked him, "What happened? Did you find anything?"

Qin Yicheng told her what happened. It seemed that his secretary was unable to find anything.

Also when police investigated, they took out the surveillance cameras on the road where the incident had happened. But surprisingly, even though the cameras were working properly, the incident was not recorded in any of them. It seemed that the incident never happened.

When checked carefully, they found that the recordings of that time were edited and deleted after hacking. They could not be retrieved even by the best technician of the police force.

Qin Yicheng felt resigned after hearing the results. It seemed that the person who dealt with his daughter was very powerful. He could not understand how his obedient daughter had offended anyone, but after knowing the results, he did not dare to challenge the other party in fear of damaging his business.
