Negative EQ!

When Qin Yan came back to her senses, she realized she was hanging onto Xi Ting and her whole body was shaking.

Her arms that she could barely feel, lost their strength and she slumped back on the bed, a total mess, while her body gave out tremors.

Xi Ting was panting as he caught his breath, watching her. Damn! He wanted more! More! And he was rock hard again. It was like he couldn't get enough!

It took him everything to hold himself back, to wait for a while until she had calmed down a little.

As he waited for her, Xi Ting began to plant gentle butterfly kisses on her forehead, her cheeks, her nose and eventually found her lips. Then he pulled out and tore another foil and put on the condom again.

His eyes were blazing as he watched her, drenched in sweat, like a sexy goddess. His very own and only goddess.

"Are you okay?" Xi Ting asked Qin Yan for the third time, still waiting, and the waiting was incredibly torturous even though it had only been a minute.

Qin Yan opened her eyes, still dazed. She nodded.

"Did you feel good?"

"Mm," Her dreamy eyes were like love potions, arousing him even more and he lost it. He bent over and kissed her.

"I want more, Yan Yan," Xi Ting said as he pulled her up. He made her straddle him and put her arms around his neck.

He kissed her and when she responded, he took that as her answer and he entered her again.

After another round, Qin Yan slumped in his arms, feeling like her energy had been drained completely. Xi Ting was still not done but when he saw her weak state, he was surprised that he was able to stop himself. He just hugged her until she eventually fell asleep, like an utterly exhausted little lamb.

He embraced her tightly. He couldn't understand what was happening to him. It was simply mind blowing. Was this the effect of love too? How come that just the sight of her looking vulnerable had actually extinguished his still blazing wild carnal desire?

He smiled and shook his head in disbelief. This thing really was strange. The strangest thing he had ever known.

He slowly put her down and watched her. They were both sticky so he got up and took a cloth and wiped her down. He wiped her body gently and carefully before he grabbed his woolen sweater. He put it on her before he covered her with a blanket.

He got up and went to the shower and once he was back, he sat on the edge of the bed. He stared at her again. How many times had he done this, sat like this just watching her? He never felt like he would get tired of doing so. It was maybe even getting worse, like he just wanted to watch her like this forever.

Damn! This thing in his chest was overwhelming his entire being. He felt how strong it had become and it was hard for him to believe. It had completely invaded him and there was no way out. No, he felt like he would die now without it.

Xi Ting caressed Qin Yan's face with a smile, "I love you cookie. You are the whole world for me." He uttered and he kissed her forehead.

The sun was on its way down, painting the sky in warm shades of orange, pink and purple, casting a golden glow over everything in its path. Wispy clouds floated lazily, their outlines tinged with hues of pink and violet. As the day progressed towards dusk, Qin Yan woke up from her exhaustion.

The curtains inside the bedroom were already drawn, and the sun was glaring at her.

She blinked several times before she felt that an arm was draped over her waist, and there was a naked body behind her. Most importantly, something was poking her legs.

Frowning, Qin Yan was slightly confused and tried to grab the thing that was poking her. However, the arm that was over her waist pulled her hand back, and a deep chuckle vibrated from the naked body behind her.

"Behave yourself," Xi Ting laughed before shifting his body and planting a kiss on her cheeks.

Qin Yan froze, 'Ahh! That's right! She had finally become Xi Ting's woman today! They had done extremely unspeakable things in the morning!'

As she woke up, Qin Yan stretched and felt her muscles aching in places they had never ached before. 

"Is it hurting?" Xi Ting asked her.

Qin Yan glared at the culprit behind her pain and did not speak anything.

Xi Ting chuckled before pulling Qin Yan in his arms, "I love you, really."

Qin Yan blushed in Xi Ting's arms, "I love you too."

She then adjusted her position in his arms and kissed his forehead. She looked into his eyes intently.

"Do you have something to say?" Xi Ting asked Qin Yan.

Qin Yan nodded. She leaned against his warm chest, taking in the fragrant air around him, and feeling better just from that alone.

She felt more secure already.

She was silent for a while before sighing lightly, "You told me that you only treated Nei Mianmian as a younger sister?"

"Mm," Xi Ting hesitated, "What's it? Why are you asking something like this all of a sudden?"

Qin Yan looked at him a little helplessly, "Then what do you think about… what Nei Mianmian feels towards you?"

She didn't doubt Xi Ting's words. If he said he treated Nei Mianmian like a sister, then he surely did. Otherwise, he and Nei Mianmian would have gotten together long ago.

Although he had no idea why she was asking this, Xi Ting considered it seriously before answering, "She naturally sees me as an older brother too."

"The Nei family has only one daughter and I was elder than her. She used to love sticking to me and addressed me as her older brother."

Qin Yan was speechless. She felt that there really was no perfect person in this world.

Take Xi Ting for example. He had an exceptional brain and was able to manage a company with tens of thousands of employees. But when it came to matters of the heart, he was evidently rather inept.

He actually couldn't tell that Nei Mianmian liked him. Meanwhile, she'd only met Nei Mianmian twice and realized it right away.

They'd known each other for over 20 years, and he actually believed that Nei Mianmian saw him as an older brother and nothing more? How naive.

"Is something wrong?" Xi Ting asked when he saw her look of disbelief.

Qin Yan couldn't help but sigh again when she saw his confusion, "Have you never thought that Nei Mianmian might like you that way?"

Xi Ting was stunned. Shock was evident in his eyes at first, then his brows furrowed, "She likes me?"

Seeing his reaction, Qin Yan suddenly felt pity for Nei Mianmian. She'd liked him for so many years and made it so obvious, and he couldn't even tell. This really was a sad reality.

For a man like Xi Ting, if his admirer had a secret liking for him without verbalizing it to him directly, he might never find out even until they died.

"Yup," Qin Yan said, "You didn't sense it at all?"

Xi Ting's brows were knitted even tighter now, "Who told you that? She said it?"

"She didn't tell me," Qin Yan shook her head, "I could tell for myself. Nei Mianmian is probably a rather prideful girl. She wouldn't directly tell the person she likes about her feelings."

She felt that Nei Mianmian might be waiting for Xi Ting to make the first move. But who would've expected that after so many years, she realized that Xi Ting had no interest in her!

And then, he actually got committed to another woman. Nei Mianmian liked him for so many years but never confessed it to him. Besides the part about her pride, it was likely also because she didn't feel threatened at all.

After all, Xi Ting was simply not interested in women. She never thought that he would suddenly get a girlfriend someday.

Her bitterness stemmed from the fact that she never thought Xi Ting would get committed someday.

Back then, Xi Ting didn't belong to her, but at least he didn't belong to anyone else. But now, he was a man with a girlfriend.

Xi Ting looked astonished. It was as if he'd never seen it this way.

He suddenly looked at Qin Yan deeply, "You're jealous?"

Qin Yan was slightly confused. How did he tell that she was jealous?1

"Don't worry," Xi Ting went silent for a while before saying seriously, "Be it in the past or the present, I've only seen her as a sister. I can't control what she thinks, but I'm very sure about what I think. Nei Mianmian will never be a threat to you."

He seemed to be making a promise of sorts.
