Old Madam Nei and Old Madam Yan also greeted Old Madam Xi. Dressed in elegant and dignified attires, the old madams exuded grace and poise as they spoke to each other. 

With gentle smiles and respectful gestures, they exchanged heartfelt words and expressions of joy on this special day.

"Hey, Chunhua, what have you done to your face? You look younger than before," Old Madam Nie asked the question that had been bothering her from the time she arrived at the banquet. She looked quite envious of Old Madam Xi's looks.

Hearing Old Madam Nie's words, Old Madam Yan and the surrounding ladies also looked carefully at Old Madam Xi. 

All these madams usually took care of themselves well, so they looked much younger than other ladies of the same age.

Old Madam Xi beamed with pride as she introduced Qin Yan, "This is my future granddaughter-in-law, the woman who Ah Ting chose for himself, Qin Yan."

She then turned to Qin Yan, "Yan Yan, this is Grandmother Nie and Grandmother Yan."

Qin Yan was surprised. These old ladies were once the madams of these influential families and had helped their husbands in their struggles. Their abilities were not to be underestimated. "Grandmother Nie, you don't have to thank me. It was my duty," Qin Yan replied.

Qin Yan's humble nature and respectful demeaner impressed Old Madam Nie and Old Madam Yan.
