Stupid Dragon!

Each one of Kana's friends and family were starting new lives and adventures. Kana herself, with Bell on her back, were currently running for their lives. "Mama, why did you do that!? Everyone knows dragons hate when people touch their butts! And you sent a fireball up its butt!"1

"Bell, you didn't see the mocking smile it gave me when it looked at me in my lizard form! I swear it said: Heh! To me!" Kana tried to argue, but they were in a bit of a pinch. The dragon chasing after them was a real life fire breathing dragon.  It was just that the 'lizard', Kana, did not realize she was also a dragon and much more powerful than a dragon who couldn't even change forms, which brings us to why she was running for her life.

It had been two months since the two started their journey towards the Fandel kingdom. The first city they happened on, Kana was lucky, and some nice men with scars on their faces and swords in their hands gave her a few pouches of gold, allowing her to get the necessities she and Bell needed to continue their journey. With that, she was able to purchase a map and a compass. With these two things, Kana knew what direction she needed to head in and just how long it would take to get there. 

Sadly the distance between the forest she started off in and the Fandel kingdom was about a two year journey by foot. This was a very long journey, and they would need to trek through many dangerous lands and hike very high mountains. As the two of them were not actually human, it wouldn't be a big problem for them, but for a normal human, it would seem to be an impossible task. 

It was just when Kana and Bell arrived at a mountain range said to be inhabited by a dragon, Kana was curious and wanted to check it out. The two walked off track and ended up finding the dragon's lair in the middle of the mountain range. But when Kana trotted over to it to take a look. It laughed at her! So she shoved a fireball up its butt in retaliation. This seemed to anger the dragon, and it then began chasing after her. Kana turned tail and ran, scooping Bell up along the way.

"Mama, I think we have a problem. There is something glowing in the dragon's throat! In that monster book you picked up, it says something about dragons spitting fire at people!" Bell yelled in a panic. She did not wish to get roasted alive!

"Stupid damn dragons!? Who the hell let them spit fire!? Fine, since we can't run, we fight!" Kana stepped on the breaks and turned around only to see the dragon suddenly tumble right past her. It seemed it did not expect the little lizard to suddenly stop and couldn't stop in time and ended up tripping on its own legs. 

"Ahahaha! Stupid dragon! Here take another fireball up your butt!" Kana saw the perky anus right in front of her, waved her paw, and shot a fireball right up the dragon's butt again! 

"Roar!" The dragon roared in anger as it jumped in the air and landed on its butt, trying to put out the flames.

"Roar! Yourself!" Kana huffed before taking off running again. "Bell, did you see that? Dragons are not as badass as they make them out to be. They are nothing but overgrown lizards!"

"But Mama, you are a lizard too! So don't talk badly about yourself." Bell did not wish to see her mama put herself down.

"Hey, I am different! I can at least change my form. That stupid dragon can't even stop short without getting a fireball up his butt!" Kana felt very proud of herself. While others say, dragons were monsters to fear and run away from. She felt that they were nothing at all! A few fireballs up their butt, and they can't even run straight!

Bell let out a laugh and shook her head. She had to admit her Mama was silly at times. But no matter what kind of danger they were in, she always felt safe with her Mama there protecting her. This was why she gave up any feelings she had for Melinda all those years ago when Melinda gave her up instead of fighting to the bitter end. 

After running for almost an hour, Kana finally slowed her steps. The dragon was no longer chasing after them. "That was kinda exhilarating!" Kana said with a smile as she let Bell down. She then transformed into her humanoid form and held out her wrist. "It should be about that time, right?" 

Bell frowned and nodded. She hated doing this, but if she didn't, she would end up in so much pain she wouldn't be able to move. She leaned in and bit into kana's wrist with her two sharp fangs and began drinking the blood that came out. Lately, she has had to drink much more than before, causing her Mama to feel weak afterward. But no matter what, Her Mama never once complained and always smiled at her. She always wanted to stop before she did drink too much, but once the blood flowed into her mouth, she began going into a frenzy. 

"Sorry…" Bell looked at her Mama's face that was now very pale, and lowered her head. Tears began to well up in her eyes. "Mama, I should stop drinking your blood… Maybe we can find an animal or something for me to feed off of."

Kana sighed as her complexion began to regain its color. She felt like no matter how much Blood Bell drank, it would never actually harm her. "Don't be silly. How can I know what is in the blood of some animal? You will not drink anyone else's blood except for mine or the one you fall in love with. But! If you fall in love with someone who can't even handle keeping your condition stable then I will not allow you to marry them!"
