Something happened to Jiang Xiu

Jiang Yue rushed over to her sister as her shaking hands checked her pulse.

The back of her head was bleeding, and she was losing too much blood, causing her pulse to become feeble.

Jiang Yue grabbed her phone and dialed the first person that went to her mind.

"I'm in the female's comfort room, something... something happened to Xiao Xiu."

Hearing her anxious voice made Luo Zhelan stand up, startling the other three.

He didn't waste a second as he went to the comfort room.

Jiang Yue had already torn a piece of cloth from her shirt and was pressing it on Jiang Xiu's back of her head.

She wanted to carry her and bring her immediately to a car but she was afraid that she would only make it worse if she wasn't careful enough.

"Here, let me," Luo Zhelan said as his hands gripped the cloth, "do not apply direct pressure because there could be a skull fracture." 

Hearing his remarks made Jiang Yue even more uneasy, and she slowly removed her hand, allowing Luo Zhelan to support Jiang Xiu's head. 

"Have you called an ambulance yet?"

She nodded just as Gao Jing and Qin Zirui arrived in front of the comfort room.

"Wha— who—the fuck happened?"

"Why is the ambulance so slow?" Jiang Yue couldn't help but curse under her breath.

Just as she finished talking, numerous footsteps could be heard.

Several paramedics entered the comfort room and slowly lifted the girl into the stretcher.

The four of them followed and Jiang Yue went inside along with Luo Zhelan.

Gao Jing and Qin Zirui remained to settle this matter and not let it blow up.

After arriving at New Hope Hospital, Jiang Yue remained outside the Emergency room.

"What happened back there?" Luo Zhelan asked her which made her remember that she didn't have an idea what and how it happened to Jiang Xiu.

"I don't know, when I got there, she was already laying in her pool of blood." Just thinking about the scene that greeted her when she entered the comfort room made her muscles and nerves taut.

"She'd be fine, right? Is she going to need a blood transfusion?" 

Luo Zhelan considered it before nodding. 

With the amount of blood Jiang Xiu had lost, she would undoubtedly require a blood transfusion. 

"My blood type is O, and she is most likely O as well. Is there adequate Blood O in your hospital?" She asked although she knew that the hospital probably has more than enough supply for any blood type. 

Luo Zhelan grasped her shoulders and couldn't help but notice, "You're trembling." 

She was trembling with anxiety and remorse.

This is the third time.

The third time that something happened to Jiang Xiu.

If the wound on her head had any long-term effects on her sister, she wouldn't forgive herself this time.

Why is it that when she chose to stay with her, instead of protecting Jiang Xiu, she only brought harm to her sister instead?

Seeing the self-blame that was clouding her eyes, Luo Zhelan softly uttered, "It's not your fault so don't blame yourself. You can't control everything that happens and you've already done your best. We'll figure out what happened, okay?"

Jiang Yue nodded and tried to calm herself this time to think about the incident.

For Jiang Xiu to bleed so profusely from being hit on the back of her head, stumbling or tripping over anything wasn't enough, she may have been pushed. 

With this thought, Jiang Yue's eyes became cold and her aura changed.

"I'm not going to let that person get away with it."

"I've already instructed Gao Jing and Qin Zirui to find out more about this matter."

Just as Luo Zhelan finished speaking, his phone rang, making him remove his hands on her shoulders as he answer it.

"What is it?"

"Brother Zhe, Golden Imperial will not let us access their security cameras! They claimed it violates their customers' privacy!" Qin Zirui was furious. 

This is why most powerful and well-known people like to dine at Golden Imperial because they get complete privacy.

Qin Zirui had even commended Golden Imperial about this certain matter before but now he regret it!

Luo Zhelan coldly answered, "Wait for me there, I'll settle it."

He ended the call and explained to her, "Golden Imperial isn't allowing us to access their security cameras. You stay here, I'll call you immediately once I've settled it."

Jiang Yue nodded and sat on the corridor seat after he left.

She waited for a few more minutes and the doctor finally went out.

"You're the patient's relative?" The doctor enquired respectfully, knowing that the girl in front of him is acquainted with Young Master Luo.

She nodded.

"The patient is safe. She suffered a compound skull fracture, which may present a few issues that we still need to monitor in the next few days, but it will heal with time."

Jiang Yue felt her nerves relaxed when she heard that her sister was safe.

"She's also lost a lot of blood, but she's already been transfused with type AB." 

She nodded but then came to a pause.

Her brows furrowed as she asked, "AB? Isn't she Type O?"

They're sisters.

For Jiang Xiu to have the blood type AB then it is impossible that she is Type O, especially since their father...

From what she remembers, their father's blood type is AB also and although she doesn't know their mother's blood type, either A, B, AB, or O, it would still be impossible to have an O child.

Although she had worked on research regarding their father's recovery, it does not deal with blood which made her forget that her father was type AB.

She had never thought about this matter and it is only now that she took notice of it.

"Are there no errors regarding my sister's blood type?"

"Yes, do you wish to get her blood tested again?"

Jiang Yue shook her head and thanked the doctor.  2

She sat on the corridor seat once again as this issue consumed her thoughts. 

And a bold assumption that she had never considered before arose in her mind. 

Is she and Jiang Xiu unrelated all this time?
