Kang Jinhai confronting Class One

Days passed, and the discussion about Jiang Yue as Kai and Triple Z  didn't lessen one bit, on the contrary, it grew even more popular, as everyone was already talking about how a particular celebrity left his company for a woman.1

Despite some Class Eleven students glaring at them, students from Shuhui Middle School did not hesitate to voice  their opinion about the situation.

On the other hand, Class One made sure to discuss Jiang Yue's matter loudly in front of Class Eleven's room every time they had to clean their hallway to infuriate them.

"Hey guys, I just finished reading about some biography last night," a Class One girl loudly said as she swept the floor.

"What about it?"

"It's very interesting because it's about some composer who bases her music on every man she gets in bed with; don't you think that's a bit familiar?" she questioned, her classmates lightly laughing at her words.

"That is indeed familiar, but still a bit different," another one remarked, "The one I know is a said 'composer' who only got her position by seducing some celebrity, her music isn't even that great, it's very dark and heavy, who likes to listen to that kind of music anyway?" to which the others agreed.

"Well, not me, I have taste in music, gosh," one added, "and people who listen to her compositions probably have something wrong in their ears."

With Jiang Yue's issues circulating, they took advantage of cleaning Class Eleven's hallway by letting them hear their conversations.

Seeing the irritated expressions on some of the Class Eleven students made their wounded egos feel better.

Jiang Yue's group inside their room on the other hand had been holding themselves from starting a fight with Class One.

"Fucking hell with those people, if they don't shut up, I'll make them shut up!" Wan Zhu exclaimed angrily, standing up, but Gao Tian grabbed him and pushed him back toward his chair.

"You'll just make things worse, and Jiang Yue isn't even that concerned," Gao Tian said, motioning to the girl who was playing on her phone.

"Wen Liling had been glaring at the group of Class One students outside for an hour, that won't do anything," Kang Jinhai remarks as he notices Wen Liling glaring out the window.

"We might as well beat them up, my joints felt rusty at this point," He stated loudly as he stood up and stretched his body, as though he was about to do something big.

He removed the two buttons on his white shirt and then walked outside, "I don't have any good reputation in the first place anyway."

"Hey hey..."

"Kang Jinhai, are you out of your mind?"

When he walked out, the hallway with ten students from Class One was already silent.

"What's up? I heard you were talking about our Brother Yue," Kang Jinhai grinned and nodded to the students in front of him as if they were good friends, "why don't you repeat it for me to hear?"

The girls who were leading the conversation only frowned, and seeing that they probably won't respond to him, Kang Jinhai went closer and kicked the mop that one of the girls had been holding, "I said, repeat it," he stated with a clenched jaw as his gaze darted from one person to another.

"Kang Jinhai," Jiang Xiu called out, fearful that the man might start a fight.

"We weren't talking about her," one of the girls said, and Kang Jinhai approached her.

"Really? Do you think I'm that stupid? My ears were ringing from all the crap you've been talking about."

"Kang Jinhai, we weren't talking about her, but if the shoe fits, wear it; it's not our fault if Jiang Yue is similar to the composer I read about," the other girl said, prompting Kang Jinhai to turn towards her.

"What is going on here?" Ren Junjie, Class Eleven's Class Monitor, went out the door and inquired when he noticed the two opposing groups.

"Your classmate here is framing us for talking crap about his friend when we were only talking about other people," another student replied, mockingly.

"So now we're framing you?" Wen Liling, who had just stepped out to stop her friend, asked in disbelief.

"Wan Zhu, look, Class One is good at turning black to white, you might wanna step up your game," she remarked towards Wan Zhu who just walked towards them bringing his chair, making her furrow her brows.

"What exactly are you bringing your chair for?"

"Oh, don't mind me, I'm just here to watch Class One mop the floor," Wan Zhu replied, sitting in his chair as if watching something fascinating.

Kang Jinhai, who was about to explode, laughed lightly at his friend's strategy before going inside and grabbing his own chair.

"Go on, keep mopping, there's still some dirt on the corner of the pillar, you might wanna make sure that one is clean," he said loudly which can be heard two rooms away.

Class One students who had been assigned to clean the floor that day could only clean it again because other students were passing through. Although they were no longer embarrassed, having two others see them mop the floor caused them to lower their heads and grind their teeth.

Wan Zhu didn't stop there, grabbing his phone and taking pictures of them mopping before posting them on the forum with the title 'You may now avail Class One's mopping services'.

Wen Liling's lips twitch at the sight of the two humiliating Class One.

She was overthinking everything.

These two are quite skilled at infuriating and humiliating others.

"What's going on here?" Meng Deming, who had just returned from his last class, inquired, his brows furrowed.

"Good afternoon, Teacher Meng," Class One students greeted, and Kang Jinhai replied, "Just the usual. We're just making sure they're doing their end of the bet— you missed that spot," pointing to the shoe marks left by their teacher.

Meng Deming could only rub his forehead, knowing that he and the other teachers were aware of the situation but had little control over it. Even Principal Cheng has warned them that as long as it does not affect the other classes, they do not need to interfere with any of the students' matters.

"Get inside," he ordered to the two who were sitting on their seats with their legs folded.
