Breaking into a villa
Jiang Yue followed Xiaoli's given directions.
She went around the subdivision, entered through the back, then drove towards where Villa No. 7. She stopped two houses away from it, since according to Xiaoli's information, Villa No. 10 is empty.
"Can you hack through the Villa No. 7 security cameras?" Jiang Yue inquired, removing her helmet and placing it on the motorcycle before entering the villa through the main door with only a clip.
"Yes, wait, give me ten minutes."
Liu Ming who had been silent, said, "I've already disabled the CCTVs inside the villa you're in, as well as the one on the streets,"
"Okay, thank you."
Jiang Yue sat on the couch and pulled out her black bag and opened it. She took out the gun she had stolen from those men and examined the rounds, only to discover she only had five left.
She didn't bring any firearms or weapons because she hadn't anticipated anything like this happening. She had only brought the necessary things, as well as some items such as her earpiece and laptop.
"Have you hacked through their surveillance cameras?" Jiang Yue asked to which Xiaoli replied, "No, wait give me a bit more time, it's a lot more complicated than I thought."
She grabbed the black cap and a cloth black mask and wore them. As she didn't bring a black hood mask that she wears when she had missions before, she could only make do with what she had.
"It's done I'm in, I'll connect it to your watch," Xiaoli stated and Jiang Yue folded the end of her long sleeves and to reveal a black watch.
It wasn't only those men who could make these kinds of watches as she had one also, but it was programmed and worked differently.
A display similar to a radar appeared on the round screen of her watch.
"It's all set up, check it," After Xiaoli said those words, several red dots appeared on the screen.
Anyone caught by the surveillance cameras that Xioali had linked to her watch would appear as a red dot on the screen, providing her with the vision she required. However, unlike the watch on those men, she cannot observe the state of these people, and if the watch's connection to the surveillance cameras is disrupted, the red dots will all disappear.
"I already sent the blueprint of Villa No.7 to you," Liu Ming stated, prompting Jiang Yue to shift her attention to her laptop where a blueprint layout just suddenly appeared.
It was a two-story villa that was huge with several rooms.
"Blank, they're dragging her to the basement— there are no cameras there," Xiaoli stated with trepidation.
Although she had led a lawless life and had numerous tasks requiring her to hack into large corporations, it was nothing compared to what they are doing now.
Hacking into networks and breaking into a villa full of armed men are two different things.
One wrong move and Blank might not be able to leave that Villa.
This thought made Xiaoli's whole body tighten as it was the first time she had witnessed someone do something like this.
Jiang Yue who heard those words, merely said, "I understand, then just take note how many people had entered the basement so I could have a rough estimation."
She gave a last glance at the blueprint map on the laptop screen, memorizing every nook and cranny of the villa, then she stood up and packed her bag.
Xiaoli couldn't help but say, "You better get out there alive or President Sun would kill us."
Jiang Yue fixed the black cloth mask on her face and replied, "Don't worry, I've done this more than you could ever think of, I'll be fine."
"You better be— eight people had already entered the basement."
Jiang Yue drove the motorcycle and stopped just near the gate of Villa No. 7.
Then she climbed the wall, looking over the whole place as the villa was still a bit far from the gate.
Four men were walking around the lawn. The other three sat around a table and were the furthest away from her, while the other was only around 8 meters away.
Jiang Yue squinted her eyes as she examined the man's wrist and the pistol on his waist. Seeing that he didn't have a watch and the pistol was different, her heart relaxed a little.
The only thing she wasn't sure about was how she was going to deal with these men's watches, which detect even minor changes in their bodies and inform the others. She and Xiaoli had attempted to find connections with such watches to hack and disable them, but they had found none.
Luckily, not everyone is wearing it and they were only using a normal Staccato XC, making it easier for her.
Jiang Yue waited for the man to walk to the side of the villa, where it couldn't be seen by those other three sitting around the table, before she jumped from the wall, controlling it, so she wouldn't make a sound.
She then grabbed the man by his head and jaw and snapped it in one motion, severing the spinal cord, which transports all the life-function signals from the brain to the body, and killing the man instantly.
Jiang Yue slowly laid the man on the lawn and grabbed the gun from his gun holster, then walked to the back door of the villa.
As she could see where all the people inside the villa are with the watch and had already memorized the villa's layout, it was just a walk in the park for her.
Jiang Yue entered the villa.
There were only nine people on the first floor and eleven on the second floor. As the villa was big, Jiang Yue had all the space she could use to hide if she bumped into anyone.
"Two more people entered the basement, now there's a total of nine, plus we don't know how many of them who were already inside." She heard Xiaoli report from her earpiece.
Jiang Yue's hold on the gun tightened. She moved slowly towards the basement's door, making sure that she had not alerted anyone as there were nine people just on the first floor.
"Had anyone gone out from the basement?" Jiang Yue asked to which Liu Ming replied, "None."
She was hoping she could take down several of them who went out from the basement so that it wouldn't be too hard for her, but it seems that the people are too busy inside.
Jiang Yue's eyes got colder, as she was afraid of what they had done to Xu Wuying already.
She was someone who had interrogated so many people that she had lost count, and she would do everything and make the victim suffer in any manner imaginable to obtain the information she needed.
She could already imagine what Xu Wuying is going through from the standpoint of someone like that.
Xiaoli and Liu Ming who are watching Jiang Yue from their computer screens, couldn't help but hold their breath as they watch her open the door and get inside.
The door of the basement closed, also cutting off their only connection to Blank.
Blank would have to act on her own from then on, and all they could do was listen to whatever was happening and wait for the girl to leave the basement.
Jiang Yue's eyes landed on the bottom of the stairs where there was another door.
Her eyes roamed around, if someone suddenly opened the door, she wouldn't even be able to hide anywhere as aside from the stairs, there was nothing.
However, luckily no one opened the door.
Her entire body was on alert as she sought to hear what was going on within the room, just as she thought that the room was soundproofed, she heard a voice suddenly say, "Our guest is finally here."
Jiang Yue's entire body tightened in a second, and she raised her hand that was holding the gun.
The door in front of her opened and her brow furrowed when she saw the scene in front of her.
She anticipated the basement to be strewn with torture weapons and blood on the floor, but it was anything but what she had imagined.
Three luxury couches were put in the center of the large room, together with a carpet and a table.
Three luxurious couch was placed in the middle of the big room, with even a carpet and a table.
Xu Wuying, who she suspected was already being tortured for information, sat on the sofa with her legs crossed, sipping a glass of wine with her other hand, however, her whole face was already pale and her wounded hand was even more.
Although she had made the bleeding stop a while ago, they still haven't removed the bullet, and even worse, it hit her vein. If they won't be able to deal with it in the next hour, it might permanently ruin Xu Wuying's hand.
A man in his twenties sat in the center of the three couches, sporting a white elegant coat and neatly coiffed hair. He was leaning on the couch, arms folded across his chest, a wry grin on his lips as his eyes collided with hers. 0
Jiang Yue's eyes roamed around the room, only to discover that there were twelve more people inside besides the man on the couch.
"What are you doing standing there? Sit here," the man said, motioning to the other couch, which was empty, "Your friend here had been waiting for you."
"Just sit, this man is sick in the head," Xu Wuying stated with gritted teeth.
Jiang Yue put down her hand and sat on the couch.
"What do you want?"
