Despite taking the role back, it was not easy for her because when the cast for 'Wallflower' was released, thousands of people were outraged that she had been picked as the female lead.0

Wallflower already had thousands of supporters before it even aired, and they were bound to have opinions about the casting, but she, as the female lead, had received the most unfavorable feedback.

Despite the unfavorable comments directed at her, the director stuck to his decision and never mentioned the possibility of replacing her, allowing her to finally relax from the fear that the job will be taken away from her at any point, as Yan Chun Hua did.

However, Mao Shi was unaware that there was another reason why the director would not even consider replacing her.

Allico Intelligence, one of their country's largest tech companies, had invested 100 million in the drama and promised to provide the latest technical tools they needed in shooting in exchange for Mao Shi to continue as the female lead.

Not only that, but another large corporation that no one would have predicted would enter the entertainment business invested a hundred million as well—the Luo Corporation, in the same condition as Allico Intelligence. 

Two of their country's largest corporations have invested in this romance-fantasy drama just to make sure Mao Shi would remain as the female lead. 

The director, who had hoped to cast Mao Shi as the female lead the most, was overjoyed to learn that she has some backing. Because, no matter how well-suited she is for the role and how wonderful her acting is, she might be quickly replaced by someone who has backing—that's just how the entertainment industry works. 

Not long after, the grand opening started, and all eyes were on Zheng Qingsheng as he stepped forward on the stage to deliver his speech.

Zheng Qingsheng thanked everyone for being present at his event and began his remarks, his voice clearly audible throughout the room. 

"Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, and my incredible fans, today marks a milestone in my journey as an idol. This studio stands as a testament to the trials and tribulations I had experienced in the past and also the unwavering support of those people who believed in me."

He followed by narrating his journey, from humble beginnings to being a well-known idol.

Zheng Qingsheng started to explain with pride, "This place is not just for me, but also for everyone who has a dream, anyone who aspires to make melodies come to life," he declared, his eyes sparkling with hope, "I aim to provide a nurturing environment where talents can flourish, where visions can be turned into realities, and where music can touch the souls of millions."

Zheng Qingsheng thanked his fans, supporters, and the entire music community in his final remarks for their unwavering love and encouragement.

"I'd also like to thank the person who made this all possible. The person whose music composition I had always loved to write the lyrics with—the person who taught me to go beyond what is possible for me— Jiang Yue," Zheng Qingsheng turned towards where Jiang Yue was seating and executed a 90-degree bow, "Thank you."

Everything he said was true. 

Despite the unjust treatment he had witnessed countless actors, actresses, and idols in training get, he had never considered going against Prime Media Entertainment. Despite having millions of fans, being a well-known star, and earning hundreds of millions, he would not be able to make Prime Media pay for what they did because he came from a poor background. 

However, Jiang Yue had given him the courage to do so, as well as the opportunity to make a fresh start where he'd be able to provide a space for individuals to pursue their ambitions without having to go through what practically everyone in the entertainment industry had gone through. 

Jiang Yue, who was sitting beneath the stage and observing him, smiled and nodded. 

Zheng Qingsheng, who had just looked up and noticed her smile, was taken aback by how beautiful she appeared. It felt fantastic to him as if the flowers had begun to shower down in the room. 

It was only then that he realized he still had something to say, so he turned to face the entire audience and declared, "With this, it is with utmost pleasure and joy to announce that I, Zheng Qingsheng, under Audio Aura Studio, would be releasing an album titled 'Resonant Revelations." 

He then continued, "It's an album that holds a special place for me— a collection of music I've crafted over the years but kept hidden from the world due to the constraints of my image. Every song on this album tells a story that has been confined to the depths of my heart." 

It included all of the music he had composed and written himself, but Prime Media Entertainment had not allowed for these songs to be released due to the fact that it was very different from his 'cold and dominant' idol image.

The crowd erupted into applause, a symphony of appreciation for Zheng Qingsheng's new album.

The ribbon was then ceremoniously cut, representing the studio's official opening and the release of the album Resonant Revelations.

Confetti rained down on the room, brightening it up even more. 

Following that event, a video of Zheng Qingsheng's thank you message to Jiang Yue, as well as many photos of them conversing, began to circulate on Weibo. 

Even the exact moment he had stopped for a few seconds after witnessing the girl's smile had not escaped the notice of others, as it had been uploaded individually.

The trending topic 'Jiang Yue's mystery boyfriend' began to climb the top-ranking topics, eventually taking over the number one spot just one day after the event. 

Due to the fact that Jiang Yue had helped Zheng Qingsheng and had become the Nation's Top Scorer and even the first one to achieve a perfect score, his fans started to have a good impression of her.

So when other people would bring up Zheng Qingsheng when talking about Jiang Yue's boyfriend, there would barely be any people who are against the idea of the two getting together.

Some had even started to speculate that it must be Zheng Qingsheng who was the girl's boyfriend and had developed feelings for each other due to the scandal.

They can't even blame Zheng Qingsheng for falling for her as they could see that Jiang Yue is more than her not-so-good reputation before.

Some people, however, refuse to think that something was going on between them since they could see that, while Jiang Yue doesn't appear disinterested while she's chatting with Zheng Qingsheng, her demeanor was still far from that of someone talking to someone she likes.

There were so many different kinds of speculations going on that it seemed ridiculous. 

Jiang Xiu burst out laughing while laying on the sofa, tears streaming from the corners of her eyes.

Jiang Yue, who just came out from the kitchen, placed a bowl of soup on the table in the living room, "What are you hysterically laughing about?"

Her sister sat up and responded after laughing, "Have you seen the comments about you and Zheng Qingsheng?"

She shook her head, "No."

"You should, it's pretty entertaining. These people have such vivid imaginations that you could write a novel based solely on their comments. Wait, let me read you some." 

Jiang Xiu went back through the comments, trying to locate the ones that were too amusing.  When she found one, she read it out aloud, "This one says, 'Zheng Qingsheng and Jiang Yue would be a perfect couple. Look how their clothes even match— he's wearing a black suit while she's wearing a black blouse! Not to mention that their eye colors are the same shade of brown!"

Jiang Yue pursed her lips, "What do the colors of clothes and eyes even have something to do with being a perfect couple?"

"Exactly Sister," Jiang Xiu once again laughed, "Wait, let me read another one."

After finding another comment, she read it aloud once again, "This one says, 'I'm telling you all it is Zheng Qingsheng who is Jiang Yue's boyfriend! Have you seen the latest photo he posted? Beside him was a sleeve that was color— hey, why did the comment disappear?"

She refreshed the post again, only to discover that the comment had vanished. 

"Just refresh it." 

"I just did, and it's gone now." 

"Then she probably deleted it. She must have recognized how ridiculous she sounded." 

Jiang Xiu nodded and was just about to find other more comments but she realized that there are barely any comments about Zheng Qingsheng now.

The post that has almost fifty thousand comments had been reduced to 20 thousand, confusing her.

"Most of the comments are gone now," she said in a low murmur.

She searched for 'Zheng Qingsheng and Jiang Yue' in the search bar, but this time no other posts appear, instead, posts about Jiang Yue are the only ones that remain.

"I think someone got every post about you and Zheng Qingsheng deleted."
