Fu Xifeng's expression immediately brighten as she grinned happily, "Then that's a promise and promises should be kept." 2

Jiang Yue nodded and lightly smiled back at the girl. 

Fu Xifeng stated her number and after she did so, she couldn't help but ask, "You're not taking note of it or adding it to your phone?" 

She asked with a tone tinged with anxiousness as she was worried the girl only said her promise to cater to her. 

"Ah, my phone died, but I've memorized it already." Jiang Yue stated and repeated a string of numbers, making her feel relieved as the girl got it all correct.

"Did I make a mistake?" 

"Ah, no— then I'll wait for your call. I might as well go back to my boutique today." 

Just as Jiang Yue was about to say that she'll leave, they heard a knock on the door and Luo Zhelan got up to open it. 

When she turned towards him after he came back, she couldn't help but raise her brow at him when she saw the thing he handed to her. 

It was a phone. 

"My battery just died, my phone is still fine," she explained because she thought he might have misunderstood what she said a while ago. 

"I know," Luo Zhelan responded, "How can you call me when your battery is dead? I could have asked for a charger for you but it would take time so just take it, my number's already there." 

Jiang Yue's lips couldn't help but twitch. 

She just received a phone just because her battery died and she won't be able to call him? 

Although she can buy thousands of phones with her own money, it was still quite absurd when she thinks about it. 

She accepted the phone and checked it. 

It was brand new and the only person in her contact was him. 

Now it feels as though she has a different phone just to contact Luo Zhelan. 

Jiang Yue left not long after along with Luo Zhelan who dropped her off at the Club Majesty to get her motorcycle. 

She went to the place where both she and Lawyer Lin agreed to meet, and by the time her matter was settled, it was already one o'clock in the afternoon. 

Since it was still a few hours before it became evening, she decided to visit Altersky.

She had already visited Allico Intelligence more than a week ago, and she had never visited Altersky for a few years already. 

The last time was when she started making the machine for her father. 

Jiang Yue grabbed her helmet and drove to the headquarters of the company. 

When Jiang Yue arrived there, she went directly to her office which she hasn't even used in all these years, however, before she could even twist open the door knob, a person suddenly stopped her. 

"Excuse me, Miss, you're not allowed here. Do you have an appointment?" The woman said and Jiang Yue couldn't help but touch her nose. 

The people here probably didn't know her identity, so she didn't take it to heart and replied, "Oh, I don't have an appointment. Is Fan Linxin here?" 

Fan Linxin is the President, and it is only he that she has contact with in Altersky. 

So aside from him, no one knows that she owns the company. 

"Ah," The woman was stunned by how she just called out the President with his full name, making the woman think that the girl in front of her probably didn't know that Fan Linxin is the President, "You mean President Fan?" 

Jiang Yue nodded. 

"He's currently not here, if you wish to see him, please schedule an appointment. You can't be here Miss, so I'll walk you out," The woman stated and gestured for her to leave.

Jiang Yue pursed her lips. 

It was dumb of her to not call Fan Linxin before going there. 

She grabbed her phone only to realize that she can't use it. She can't call him with the phone Luo Zhelan gave her either because she doesn't remember Fan Linxin's number. 

She turned towards to woman beside her, "Can I have your President's number?" 

"No, we can't do that. The best choice right now if you want to meet him is to schedule an appointment. Please," The woman answered and once again gestured for her to leave and she can only nod her head. 

She'll just meet up with Fan Linxin next time when she has the time again. 

Just as she entered the elevator, two other women entered as well. 

Just as she thought it was just another normal silent elevator ride, one of the women who has piercings on her lips said, "You're Jiang Yue right?" 

Jiang Yue raise her brow and was just about to nod when the woman continued again, "You're the girl who used our Shengsheng?" and even looked at her from head to toe, as though judging what she looked like. 

Jiang Yue's indifferent eyes became cold in an instant and just as she decided to not reply to their taunting, the other woman who has bloody red lips stated, "Ay, did Zheng Qingsheng leave you already that now you're begging in front of our President's office? You're really remarkable." 

"I couldn't agree more. This girl just went ahead and opened the President's office as though she owns it. You're more shameless than I thought." 

"Huh, how did you even get to know President Fan? Let me guess, you seduced him again, didn't you?" The woman with piercings narrowed her eyes at Jiang Yue, which she didn't even notice cause she isn't even giving any attention to the two. 

It was only a waste of them to argue with them. 

However, this train of thought of her changed when the woman with the red lips grabbed her phone and she could hear the record button being clicked, "Look what we have here..." The woman dragged her words as though making fun of what she was recording. 

A dangerous glint appeared in Jiang Yue's eyes. Her right hand which was in her pocket suddenly moved. She grabbed the woman's hand holding the phone and twisted it. 

"Ahhh!" The woman shrieked and the phone in her hand fell to the ground.

"Did I give you the permission to record me?" She asked in a low and cold voice and continued twisting the woman's arm without hesitation. 

However, she did not end there as she also stepped on the phone on the ground, and the sound of it being crashed can be heard inside the elevator.
