"What even is its purpose if you're not using it?" Jiang Yue couldn't help but ask and Luo Zhelan answered with a grin on his face, "What for? It's to remind me of you." 

"If I knew that I could have just given you my picture and you can bring it everywhere," she scoffed, however, deep inside there was a warm feeling that was surging in her heart. 

"That works too," Luo Zhelan stated making her roll her eyes again. 

"Just ask me anything in the future and I'll fulfill whatever your request is as long it's within my capability," stated Jiang Yue to remind him again about her promise. 

"Can I request a picture of you to bring around ?" Luo Zhelan asked with mirth dancing in his eyes. 

This man isn't taking her words seriously. 

She couldn't help but complain, "I'm serious." 

"I am too." 

"Think of your request again— carefully— and tell me when you finally thought of something, I have to go." Stated Jiang Yue who was looking at her wristwatch. Examinations will start in an hour and a half and they still have to drop off the others. 

It is only then that Luo Zhelan remembered again that the girl has to take her examination, and so he bid his goodbye. 

The five of them went inside the school grounds, which were almost flooded with other students as well who were finding their classrooms. Just as they turned around the corner of the hallway, they bumped into another group of students. 

As Jiang Xiu was the first one from the front, it was she who bumped into one of the people in the group, causing her to take some step back and almost fall on her butt if it weren't for Jiang Yue to catch her. 

"Watch where you're going!" Wen Liling scolded the group of people who then replied, "We were! It was your group who aren't!" 

"Gosh, you could have just apologized but you had to say some excuse." 

Jiang Yue asked the girl beside her, "Are you okay?" 

Jiang Xiu nodded, "I'm fine, thank goodness you caught me," she turned towards the guy she just bumped into and it is then that she noticed that he was staring dumbly at her sister. 

The said man was just about to retort the girl's statement a while ago, as it was their group who bumped into them and they should be the ones who should apologize, however, when his gaze shifted to the side, he saw someone he least wants to meet again after all these years.

"Uhmm... are you okay?" Jiang Xiu couldn't help but ask when she noticed the man became pale as a sheet. 

It was she who almost fell on her butt from the impact yet it seems as though he was the one who was in pain. 

The man suddenly exclaimed, "Let's go!" to his friends who were still arguing with Wen Liling and the others, and left hurriedly as though his butt was on fire, making his group follow after him with dumbfounded gazes. 

"Hey, you haven't apologized yet!" Wen Liling yelled towards the group of people leaving. 

"What's up with those students?" Wan Zhu scoffed, "And here I thought that Kang Jinhai was already the worst." 

Jiang Yue's brows were furrowed as she didn't expect the group to leave immediately without apologizing. 

"Just let them be," Jiang Xiu stated to calm her friends. 

"Why the hell did they immediately leave?"

"I find that guy familiar," Kang Jinhai suddenly remarked, getting all their attention. 

"Huh?"

"What are you talking about?" 

Wen Liling who understood what he meant, asked, "Which one? Was it the guy who has a dumbass haircut? He looks easy to recognize. Even when you lost him in a crowded place, you'd still be able to find him because of that bald part on his head." 

"Wen Liling, that guy didn't do anything to you," Wan Zhu couldn't help but say. 

"No, it was the guy who bumped into Jiang Xiu. He looks familiar but I can't remember where I saw him." Kang Jinhai uttered, still trying to remember. It was on the back of his mind, just a clue and he will be able to point out where he met that guy. 

"You probably just met him in some fights before. He looks like someone who would just fight anyone then—" Wen Liling didn't finish her words when Kang Jinhai suddenly exclaimed between laughter, "That's right! I remember him now hahaha." 

Jiang Yue seeing his reaction tried to remember the guy's face and finally understood what he was laughing about, making her touch her nose unconsciously. 

"Where did you see him?" Jiang Xiu asked which the other two echoed as well. Their curiosity got the best of them with how Kang Jinhai was laughing. 

"Kang Jinhai tell us! Stop laughing already, it's making my ears bleed!" 

"Wait—" Kang Jinhai finally stopped laughing and cleared his throat as he explained, "Do you remember when I told you that Brother Yue beat up some guy's ass before? That was him— hahaha so that's why his expression suddenly became as though he saw some ghost, he probably remembered what happened." 

Hearing his words, they finally understood why he was laughing until he was out of breath, and they couldn't help but chuckle as well.

"If I knew I would have looked at his expression more, he must have been relieving the moment his ass was beaten!" Wan Zhu happily exclaimed, not expecting to see the legendary guy who got his ass beaten by their Brother Yue. 

"You told them that?" Jiang Yue asked Kang Jinhai with furrowed brows, making his smile strained, "Am I not supposed to? I told them some of your achievements because you were curious," he immediately exclaimed. 

"Achievements?" 

What achievements did she have before? 

"Ah, achievements," Kang Jinhai didn't know how to phrase his words, "like how you beat up that guy's ass, participated in some fights and how you got them hospitalized..." his voice was getting smaller the more he says a word. 

"Those are the achievements you were talking about?" Jiang Yue glared at him and he immediately yelled to explain himself, "It was them who asked me about it of course I had to tell them something!" 

"Don't scare him that much Sister, he's about to piss his pants," Jiang Xiu teased when she saw how the guy was behaving. 

"I am not!" 

"How about you get glared at by Brother Yue then let's see!" 

'Her eyes just look so menacing when she glares!'

Kang Jinhai couldn't help but think so, as he finally understood why some people didn't bother to provoke her anymore with just one look from her— well, of course, there are still some who were brave enough to do so.
