"Your father allowed you to go?" Jiang Xiu asked with a raised brow at Wen Liling who was already laying on the couch. 0

"I said I was visiting the two of you and as long as I said your names he would allow me. Wen Liling explained as she grabbed a piece of gape from the bowl Jiang Yue had just placed on the table. 

"You shouldn't eat while lying down," Jiang Yue commented, prompting Wen Liling to groan and sit up.

"By the way, my mother told me to invite the two of you." Wen Liling stated while still chewing some grapes. 

"What for?"

"They didn't blame us for dragging you into the mess?" Jiang Yue couldn't help but ask with a raised brow.

She was referring to the video of the three of them ganging up on Lai Li which was still on Weibo.

"Why would they? They even thought it was me who influenced the two of you to behave like shrews," Wen Liling scoffed, "Right, our family is celebrating because I got a pretty good score. They said the two of you might have performed some witchcraft or else why would I get a score of 583? They didn't even expect me to enter Green Valley University— what kind of parents are they?"

Jiang Xiu can't help but laugh when she heard her friend's words, "Sure, just tell us the time and place, and we'll go."

She also wants to meet Wen Liling's parents because she could tell from her stories that her family is enjoyable to be around.

"Okay, okay, no takebacks, you've already given your word. By the way," Wen Liling turned to Jiang Yue who was once again busy on her laptop, "Brother Yue have you checked Weibo— I mean you've probably done, but you should read the comments, it's pretty satisfying to read how they're making long ass essay about what had happened." 

"I did," Jiang Yue answered, "Well, have you checked Weibo for the past hour?" 

"No, I have been laying here for more than an hour and I've already finished two bowls of grapes, why though? Are the comments surging again? There are still a lot commenting on Zheng Qingsheng's post, now it's almost eighty thousand comments." Wen Liling stated as she grabbed her phone from the table. 

"You might wanna check, an hour is just enough for it to be on the top discussions." Jiang Yue remarked, causing Jiang Xiu to be curious as well so she opened Weibo. 

"Which one is it? Weibo is practically all about you at this point. It was just a day ago that the the result of National College Entrance Examination was posted then yesterday Zheng Qingsheng posted a clarification. Don't tell me there's another one for today?" Wen Liling questioned without any thought as she opened Weibo. 

"You got that correct." 

"Huh?" Wen Liling looked up, surprised that she had hit the nail on the head, "Don't tell me this is like Phase Three?"

"Phase three of what?" Jiang Yue asked, not getting what the girl meant. 

"Phase three of operation 'I'm gonna make Weibo blow up!'"

Jiang Yue couldn't help but roll her eyes at the girl's words, "Just check it."

Jiang Xiu, who was scrolling through Weibo, suddenly understood what her sister meant when she claimed it would be one of the top discussions once again.

As there is a post with over two hundred thousand likes and about fifty thousand comments.

The caption was, 'What happened that night' which includes a video and several pictures. 

Jiang Xiu played the video and it was a very familiar scene. It was the hallway of Nightingale's lounge. 

She could tell that the video was taken by CCTV by the angle of the video as it is high and it captures everything in the hallway. 

It started with a few people walking past the hallway, then two familiar people showed up. 

It was her and Jiang Yue. 

Jiang Xiu finally realized what the video was for; it was a record of what transpired that night.

Her heart was racing in her chest as she realized that they would finally be able to prove that they didn't hurt Lai Li without any reason. 

The video continued playing, and the quality is very clear. Even when they were far from the CCTV, anyone could identify that it was the two of them. 

Just as Jiang Xiu in the video was about to open the door to their karaoke room, the door of the room just beside them opened and several Class One students went out. 

It played everything that happened that night without any cuts, and while their voices weren't as loud because they were so far away from the camera, they were still audible.

Every snide remark made by Lai Li and the others was captured in the footage; however, Jiang Xiu had not anticipated that Xia Mingzhou, who was recording them with her phone just around the corner, would also be captured.

The video not only demonstrated that it wasn't them who started it, but it also revealed that Xia Mingzhou was the one who took the video that was circulating in the video, as everyone could tell from the angle where she was recording.

Jiang Xiu examined the images that were released alongside the video, and one of them indicates the IP Address of the anonymous account that posted the cut-off video showing the three of them simply ganging up on Lai Li, and another shows the IP Address of Xia Mingzhou's personal Weibo account.

The series of digits was identical, indicating that Xia Mingzhou had created an anonymous account to publish the video.

Jiang Xiu merely wanted their names cleared, and she didn't expect to get much more than that.

Not only were they able to clear their names, but they were also able to ruin Xia Mingzhou's.
