The protective circle of the Chains of Restraint was getting closer and closer to them and Kevin couldn't come closer to Axel who was already protected by a powerful energy shield made from the Divine grade magic crystals and so he only had one option left.2

Just as he was about to teleport himself outside to fight against Lilith and Cassandra to be able to protect Axel against this wave of Black Divine energy that was so powerful that the Chains of Restraint couldn't hold it, Axel screams his name and Kevin felt his arms wrapping around his body.

Then a light so powerful that it blinded him came from behind where Axel was and the next thing he saw was that Lilith and Cassandra had been repeled by this light and that they had crashed a few meters away from them.

Axel then told Kevin in his rocky voice that was a mix of both his human and wolf sides, as he tightened his arms around him: "How could you even think of facing them all alone when you can't even use your Stage 3, were you out of your mind?"

Kevin then said to him, putting a hand on his cheek and caressing it: "What else could I do? Run away, without you, you know that's not a option for me."

Axel then growled frustrated and he suddenly sank his fangs directly into the mark he'd already made on his neck.

His fangs had grown when he had followed Kevin's thoughts and seen what he intended to do, which had had the effect of merging his two consciousnesses together so much his human side and wolf side had freaked out.

Fortunately, Axel had just finished strengthening his meridians and so he had used his new powers and the one of the Divine grade magic crystals around him to repel this attack from Lilith and Cassandra, who had joined her just after Kevin had used his powers to reinforce the Chains of Restraint.

Kevin hadn't expected this at all, and his exclamation of surprise quickly turned into a groan of pain.

He could feel Axel's power spreading through his whole body and it was as if his body was boiling from the inside out.

Luckily for him, his Stage 2 was still activated, so his regeneration capacity was very high, enabling him to withstand the pain, which was anything but pleasant.

Axel apologized at once, but he didn't remove his fangs from his neck and said to him through their link, 'Babe just endure it a little bit longer, it's almost over... It was the fastest way I knew to share my new powers with you.'

Just as Axel said this, Kevin heard the familiar sound of the System echoing in his head, and to get his mind off the pain he was feeling, he brought up the holographic screen in front of him and the message was immediately displayed.

All of his basic Stats… Basic Stats?

Axel then said to him, explaining to him, 'Last time when I marked you all your basic Stats had increased by 200 points, this time, I'm much more powerful than the last time, so I used the mark I had previously made on you to share my new power with you.'

Kevin had no idea that he could get his basic Stats increased again thanks to their mark and when Axel finally removed his fangs, liking the blood that was coming out of the cut which were already starting to heal, Kevin's System then displayed another message.

He is sharing his energy with you, 300 points have been added to all your basic Stats permanently.

Thanks to the protection of a Divin Supreme Alpha, 200 points have been added to all your basic Stats permanently.

As soon as Axel removed his fangs, Kevin felt a cool current spreading throughout his body and he immediately felt better.

He then saw the messages appeared one by one and he was dumbfounded… 500 points had just been added to all his basic Stats making him much stronger than before.

He then looked at Lilith and Cassandra who were getting up after having been thrown away by Axel's powers and as he had already guessed, he couldn't see her Stats, even with all the power he had just gained.

Axel after this discovery wasn't as confident as before to fight against Lilith alone and then he asked Kevin, still through their link, 'What about Cassandra?'

Kevin then looked at her but his System told him that she had an item on her which prevented him from see her Stats, all his System could tell them was that she was now at God level 9 and that her mastery of the Evil Divine Element had increased considerably.

Axel nodded, Cassandra didn't represent the same threat as Lilith, but her visions were powerful and it was those that represented the real threat to them.

And then Axel asked Kevin, 'Did the requirement to be able to use your Stage 3 change at all?'

Kevin then changed the holographic screen and went straight to check his innate skills and to his suprise, he said to Axel, 'I can use it again… it's as if sharing your power with me has reset its counter to Zero, and not only can I use it again, but I can use it for 5 minutes and I only have to wait 1 hour to use it again, it's absolutely fantastic!'

Axel was very pleased to hear that since it changed everything… If Kevin could use his Stage 3 again, then they could fight together against Lilith and Cassandra.
