In 1966, Director Pann was the main member of the design team. He started to host the design of the first generation of model 051 guided missile destroyers in the country. At that time, it was easier said than done to design such a large warship with a thousand tonnes and above on the basis of the extremely weak research resources and backward industrial foundations. Starting from the hull design, multiple difficulties followed.

He overcame all kinds of problems and finally completed the design of the Type 051 destroyer. On December 31, 1971, the first domestic missile destroyer was completed. This was the first time the Han Navy had a Water Surface Ship that had the ability to travel.

Now, more than ten years had passed. The design of the domestic warships was about to climb to a new peak, and the construction of the guided missile frigate was about to begin!

Although it was called a frigate, its displacement from 2,000 tons to 3,000 tons was definitely not low. One had to know that their own Type 051 destroyer had a standard displacement of more than 3,200 tons.

He knew how much difficulty they would face.

Of course, the most important was still the integration of the weapon system!

The entire warship must have an integrated weapon, the Naval Gun. The Anti-ship Missile, the anti-air missile, and the anti-air Rapid Fire Cannon, integrating these weapons onto a three thousand ton warship. The difficulty was very high.
