Why did he stop? She wondered suddenly as she heard the sound of shower from the bathroom.

The thought made her heart cold for a moment. When He Jian came out of the bathroom, he saw her back facing him.

Wiping his hair with the towel, he walked towards her and sighed in relief seeing that she was asleep.

He smiled as he tucked her hair behind her ears which were falling on her face.

They were improving. He could feel it.

He could see that Mo Roulan had started to trust him. But he was afraid if he took the next step, he might suddenly push her away.

Therefore, he wanted to be patient. He wanted to wait for her.

But with every passing day, it was becoming difficult. Like today…he lost control on himself.

Putting the towel away, he laid down beside her and pulled her in his arms.

But a moment later, she looked at her husband and said in annoyance.

"It is because of you that our son is this dumb otherwise I am very intelligent."

Saying this, she got up from the chair and left the dining room with despair filled heart.
