Beyond Intent

Qinyang hugged Wang Ling tightly. Her tears flowed continuously as her happiness overwhelmed her. "UWAAAAAAAAAAAAA! You survived!! THANK THE FATE!"2

Wang Ling looked at Qinyang with a sighed, and flicked her forehead, 

"AcK!"

"Why didn't you tell me that you were my daughter?"

"…I wasn't allowed to tell you. I promised that I will not allow you to be distracted by my existenc—ack!"

"Silly child, I wouldn't have been, either way.  Well, we have a lot to talk about, but for the time being, I need to rest... the fight took a toll on me—"

"Yes!"

Over the horizon, the portals disappeared. 

"He actually eradicated them? Ho-how is that possible? Great Grandpa Sun…?" Wang Bo, the first-born son of Wang Lin asked Butler Sun who should know the Young Master amongst the people present best, "This bloodlust is no longer just an intent… it is drawing closer to become qi itself."

But the Butler did not know, "This is my first time seeing it as well… even the records of the past, nothing to this had happened. The best I have seen of him is against the Xin Family when he awakened something else… but even then, he wasn't this strong. As for the killing intent, I do not know. Even my own path cannot match his… compared to him… mine is but a child's tantrum."

Butler Sun was close to Wang Ling in terms of their own individual path. Butler Sun maximizes his killing intent and then he strengthens his attack with them, sharpening his movement and mind.

But, seeing Wang Ling's method, the old Butler was flabbergasted. That was no longer an intent, it had materialized, as though a God's Domain materializing a path… but Wang Ling clearly had no such thing.

"That's my Master's true self… that's how he fights an unending stream of enemies… he called it, True Killing Intent."

"Ah! Chang Ping, lass, you are awake!" Butler Sun was surprised to see Chang Ping had woken up. Her qi was now more vibrant than before, and was quickly reaching her peak, "It is good to know that you recovered this degree…"

"Thank you for your concern." Chang Ping looked over Wang Ling, she could sense the tremendous amount of killing intent wrapped around his body… but especially that sword, "So, master really did reveal himself… so this is how the Essence of Origin is used, huh." 

Chang Ping laughed at her earlier delusions.

"Chang Ping, um, what were you talking about the Young Master? Something about his intent? Mind enlightening us?"

The killing intent has awoken Chang Ping from her slumber. She felt the resonant intent from what she had been taught. She woke up and ambled out of the Sailer's resting area and saw this power raging and when she walked out, she saw Wang Ling calling upon Blood Seeker.

"My Master taught me his techniques when I was thought to be dead… he once said that if I mastered killing intent, then I would be able to secure for what it truly is, that if I can see it other than emotion, then, I'll see the essence of death and killing. My sword would be unstoppable and I would be given a weapon that does not rely on the density of the Universe's qi. He once said that Killing Intent is something that only grows, never wasted… the more you use it, the stronger it becomes… the more you kill… the more potent it transforms… turning your entire being sharper."

She was taught by Wang Ling; all of his secrets were given to her after she deciphered who Wang Ling truly was. After learning he was Wang Wudi of the past Era when the Celestial Spirit Realm was barred from reaching Immortality, he did not even try concealing a trump card against her.

"His Blood Seeking Sword is meant to materialize this power…"

"A Sword Technique? Not a cultivation method? Does that mean he draws out the killing intent and sword intent together to do this? Is that… even possible?"

Chang Ping nodded, "I cannot tell you more as it would reveal the secrets of the Master too much, but I'll tell you this. What you saw is not even the Blood Seeking Sword's true potential, the fetters within my Master have yet to be unleashed… he holds many secrets of this Universe, and even his own techniques are this deep… all of you… be thankful that he's on our side and do not anger him not even in the slightest. Because if Master turns his blade on your neck, no matter how strong your backer, even if it is against the Coalition itself, he will dismantle you in so many ways, then kill you the instant you think you are safe… no matter who you are… even if you are his family… he will punish you if you are in the wrong."

A part of Cang Ping's words was nothing short but lies. Butler Sun knew that Wang Ling would never treat his family wrong, [It is better for them to know humility. If they start thinking that they could do everything they want because of the Young Master's influence, then the Wang Family might just be destroyed from the inside.]

All the while Butler Sun and those who had been with Wang Ling for the longest time settle the matter of the All-Father coming into existence, Wang Ling steadied descended from above, Qinyang latched on his body.

"What are you people talking about?" 

"Young Master… and, Qinyang?" Butler Sun and the others were surprised to see Qinyang acting in such a manner.

"Don't worry about her, I just learned she's my daughter, so she's really attached to me right now. She dreamt of doing as a child, she says."

"Oh, is that—DAUGHTER!?"

"Yes, my daughter… surprising… isn't it… huh? What's this?" Wang Ling suddenly felt lightheaded, he looked around and the next second, blue blood began flowing out of Wang Ling's orifices.

Wang Ling looked around and saw their astonished faces, he laughed, "Huh, I think I'm dying."

SPLURT!

Wang Ling's body exploded into a bloody mess! 

"MASTER!"

"YOUNG MASTER!"

"BROTHER LING!"

"FATHER!"
