Xiao Fei'er heard that she had a granddaughter she never met before. She didn't hear much from Butler Sun, only telling her that Qinyang wanted to meet the family she didn't meet in the past… he didn't mention anything about her in a coma.0

"Butler Sun failed to mention she was in a coma." Wang Shu Qing said.

"She collapsed soon after he left and we awakened. He didn't know what happened." Bai Xue answered from atop Wang Ling's head. 

"What exactly happened to her?" Xiao Fei'er asked as she ran her fingers through her hair.

"It's my fault. "Wang Ling said as he sat next to Qinyang,

"She wanted to sacrifice herself to get me to safety. She activated her lineage, using the abilities of Deities. I was unconscious when she made this decision, and I was unaware she was even my daughter… but…" Wang Ling let out a self-deprecating laugh as he held her hand, "…it remains my fault she's in this state. It's because I was too weak."

"Can't you heal her?" Xiao Fei'er had to ask. From the legends Wang Ling and Bai Xue should be able to create worlds, they breathe life onto those who have no beating heart. 

It's true that they could very well heal anyone and theoretically bring back the dead, but in Qinyang's case, that wasn't the case.

With a heavy heart, Wang Ling sighed, "I already tried pouring everything I have on her the next second I had but it was redirected back to me."

"Qinyang's body is not like any other. If she does not absorb it knowingly, she wouldn't be able to process it." Bai Xue added as she hopped off Wang Ling's head and created space next to Qinyang to stand on, "She's a bottomless pit when she's awake or her body calls for it, but when it comes to cases like this, she rejects everything. Qinyang cannot be awakened by us, she will open her eyes when she deems it time… and I just hope that when she does, everything will already be okay and she'd be free to roan the Cosmos without fear." 

Bai Xue wanted nothing more than to rid this Cosmos of the Emperor of Death. She didn't want to have her child roaming around while an invisible blade was pointed at her neck, "If Ling's words are correct, then maybe keeping her in this state until the war ends is for the best."

"What do you mean, Xue'er?" Xiao Fei'er asked in a grave tone.

Bai Xue cleared her throat before beginning her explanation, "According to Ling, the Revenants targeted Qinyang the moment she released her bloodline. They are after Wang Ling's lineage, the Origin Race, and I fear Qinyang's blood concentration as the All-Father's daughter will draw more attention to her. If they get their hands on her, then… not only will I lose my daughter… but I think their endgame lies in their desire to acquire Qinyang and the Origin Races." 

"Wait a minute." While they were talking, Wang Ling suddenly raised his voice gathering everyone's attention to himself, "We may not need to think too hard about the plans of the Origin General."

"What do you mean, Ling?" Bai Xue creased her brows.

"The Origin General didn't only launch a surprise attack on every world all at the same time, he also came here in person to kill me." 

"WHAT!?" the four in present all shouted in a chorus at Wang Ling's words.

"You've got to be kidding me, he was in the Origin World when the attack was happening. Ling'er are you sure about this?" Wang Shu Qing checked. He was already beginning to worry as even he does not know how he would react if Wang Ling claims it to be true. 

If their enemy has an infinite number in his army and could travel from one end of the universe to the other in a second, then, it was really a wonder how they remained alive till now, "If it does turn out to be true, then, the already low morale would reach rock bottom."

"Well, then it is a shame because he was here and completely severed my arm and harvest my blood and he did all that in a single sneak attack."

"He cut your arm? YOUR arm?" Bai Xue couldn't believe what Wang Ling was saying, "Even I can't easily pierce your skin and—you're serious, aren't you? You're telling me that he can harm us easily now? I hardly made you bleed when I did it, and you're telling me he's more powerful than that?"

Even though it was hard to admit, Wang Ling had to accept his reality, "I did some research earlier and figured that the key to creating a weapon like that is through the usage of my blood. In the middle of that doom and gloom, only Wang Yue asked, "So… Older Brother, do you have a plan to win this situation?"

Again, everyone's attention was drawn to Wang Ling. Holing Qinyang's hand, Wang Ling gave his answer, "…I do..."

"Hoooh, what is it?" Bai Xue asked in curiousity.

"Isn't it obvious? We'll invade."
