"You! " The eunuch behind Yu Xuan Li pointed a finger at her. He never saw anyone who could be so disrespectful in front of a royal. "Who is this shrew! Get her out of his highness' way!"1

Lin Feng frowned upon hearing what the eunuch said. Even though the Lin residence wasn't as grandiose and respectful as it was when his father was at his prime years, a mere eunuch shouldn't be running off his mouth like this.

Just as he was about to open his mouth, Lin Xiaofei coldly swept a glance at him, seemingly trying to send a signal to stop him from going forward.

As shrewd and calculative Yu Xuan Li was, he didn't notice the exchange between the niece and uncle. He was in a daze as he looked at Lin Xiaofei's beautiful appearance and only snapped out of it when he saw the attendants behind him stepping forward as if to scare Lin Xiaofei away.

"Not even adding the fact that you dare step inside my Lin residence without a notice and trying to force yourselves in, your highness is even going to let his men to touch a reputable young lady as I? Why? Is his highness so arrogant to flaunt his title as a royal to force this subject?"

Hearing her, Yu Xuan Li's eyes narrowed. He glared at her and the previous admiration he has to her disappeared at once.

He checked out the young lady before him with great restraint as if he would lash out his hand after being reprimanded by her.

Lin Xiaofei smiled, "Then, it is this young lady's fortune that I'm not from your residence or from the palace. I am also thankful that your highness still remembers that this is not the palace."

'Thats right. Scram!' Lin Xiaofei inwardly cursed while smiling brightly outside.

If ladies from common and high noble families were to hear what Yu Xuan Li's words, they would tremble in fear and ask for forgiveness. Fortunately, Lin Xiaofei had enough scare in her previous life and now became fearless in this life.

"I dare you to touch me and the Qu residence will be your enemy."

"The Qu residence?" The eunuch spoke in disbelief before laughing, "Young miss, are you still dreaming? The Tiger behind that residence will not even bat his eyes to a woman like you. Who told you that you could just use the Qu residence's name without thinking of the consequences!"

That's right. Not everyone could use Qu Xing Xu or anyone from inside the Qu residence. Not even the royal family could do so. And naturally, a woman in the inner courtyard shouldn't flaunt this word so easily.
