I wait for the herd to move to a different location before I tiptoe to the place where just now I killed the baby bear. I bent down to pick up a stack of Ryo notes and mechanically put that in my inventory…

I sprint to another location and once again find another Isolated baby bear. A quick kunai and a painless death, 'I hope...', is the best I could do at the moment as the baby bear vanishes and leaves behind another stack of money and what looked to be like its paws… 'Inspect...'

'What's crafting system? Hey Zoey, what the hell is this….woooah' I jump to avoid the bear claws of the mama bear that saw me holding the claws of her cub in my hands. I continue to retreat as the speed of Mama bear was impressive, she ran on all fours to try and catch up to me.

'Damn it need to stop spacing out in dangerous situations...' I threw a kunai at another of her cub, as they were trying to follow us. As she tried to save her cub by jumping in between and trying to attack the kunai, I change the direction of it slightly to make sure it plunges into her right thigh and release the leftover magnetic energy in order to increase the damage…

I stop as I read the notifications, 'Mom was right, I need to do something about this...' I opened the settings of the system and turned off the notifications for damage count and CP loss. 'To tell you the truth most of these notifications are redundant, I can see the damage floating above an enemy and check my CP on the HUD screen...Ummm I'll leave the quest notifications on and...yeah that should do it, I mean dying because I was reading my Grand Fireball Jutsu's damage notification would be embarrassing...'

'Alright, also no questioning the system until I am in the safety of my bathtub...Aww damn I'll have to kill them won't I..at least it will save time...' The cute little cubs were surrounding their mother and two of them were taking watch over what I was doing. I rummaged through my weapons pouch and took out 10 shurikens…

I collected the Ryo and the crafting material littering the ground and quickly dashed deeper into the forest… I finished 3 more groups of Mama bears and her cubs in a similar fashion before encountering my first complaints about fire jutsus…

'Too flashy...too flashy...too flashy...' I chanted it as I ran away from a group of 2 Mama bears and 25-30 baby bears.

'I didn't even get a chance to collect my loot as the explosion attracted too many bears over...'

'Alright, now I just need to kill 5 papa bears and a dungeon boss before I am done with this...' I looked at my loot from killing 10 Mama bears and 34 bear cubs.

Finally deciding to use the stockpile of stat points, I sat down on the branch in order to figure out my build. 'So, I don't think I need more Strength at the moment because my damage is quite a lot...but my speed needs an increase so I guess I have no choice in that regard...Definitely need more chakra...Let's make everything an even 50 first...there it is STR is now 50...'

As I was running around I finally found my target after 20 mins of searching, 'Inspect...'

I exhale a fireball the size of 0.2m in diameter which alarms the Papa bear. As soon as I finish exhaling the fireball I take out 5 Kunai's and throw them into the dust while guiding them to the center of the fireball…0
