'Okay, how weird would we look...I mean to the normal civilians...There we are, 8 people, with 4 among them wearing a mask and carrying brutally beaten men on their backs while the kids are happily chatting with each other... I mean the kids are awkwardly saying some words to each other...'

After Yugao-san finished trying to make me into mincemeat, she suddenly hugged me very strongly, I spent all the way trying to figure out what the heck happened so I didn't even notice that the mission that was supposed to take 3 months just ended up being completed within the day.

'Yugao-san is acting weird though, her emotions are a mess and there was real heat in her movements when I called her fat...'

We made our way through the village and entered the Hokage residence.

"Tobi-kun" Kurenai-Sensei called me out of my thoughts which were still buzzing around Yugao-san's hug and I look up towards her…

"Yes, Kurenai-Sensei?"

"The Hokage-sama will most probably ask a report about the rouge hunter-nin so just a heads up ok...Just answer each question truthfully and everything will be fine okay?"

"Of Course Kurenai-Sensei!!" I nod vigorously and give her a slight smile as I started to get the story right in my head…

Yugao-san knocked on the door after the receptionist's signal and after a muffled 'come in' we all entered in a file, and where the ANBU's knelt before Hokage-Sama's desk, we all bowed respectfully…

"Well, you lot certainly came back faster than expected...I already got Kakashi's report so I am updated on most of the events but why don't you entertain this old man anyway Kurenai-chan..."

"Yes! Hokage-sama...when we finally were able to reach Team 7, they were already fighting with Zabuza of the Hidden Mist. Tobi-kun here figured out that there was an accomplice hidden around us and requested to test out his prowess..."

She then gestured to Haku who was lying on the ground to the left of Hokage-sama's desk, "and as you can see he was subdued and put into a false-death state to be made easy for transportation...Later when Tobi-kun told us that the fake-hunter nin had Ice release, Kakashi-san and I decided that we need to prioritize securing them as prisoners before anything else."

"After that team 7 requested to continue their original mission so we came back to the outpost where we met Cat-san and her team and then we escorted the two of them back home..."

Hokage-sama nodded at her and then looked at me. He seemed to be studying me as he lit up his tobacco pipe and started to puff it.

"Tobi-kun, how skilled will you say was the hunter-nin?"

"High-Chunin, Hokage-sama!" He seemed surprised at the evaluation and looked at me curiously along with everyone present in the room…

'Did I say something wrong?'

"Yet you were able to defeat him without any help?"

'Ah! I get it now, am just a rookie genin!'

"I am sorry I did not convey my words correctly Hokage-sama, his battle strength was comparable to a high-chunin, his speed was almost as fast as a chunin, but the main point was the Ice-release and he had a lot of combat experience, probably the only reason I won was that his ultimate jutsu was not made to take down a sensor shinobi. His fighting style was made up of using a surprise attack using his speed and accuracy with the senbon, along with using his bloodline to move between spaces."

Looking at the blank look of everyone I tried to explain a little harder…

"With his bloodline, he was able to create a mirror-like surface and then travel to another mirror, not in contact with the original mirror. His final Jutsu was a dome formed of mirrors in which he could move to any mirror and attack from any angle. Because I was a sensor shinobi I could track where he was at every point and thus made dodging those attacks a little easier until he ran out of chakra..."

Hokage-sama nodded and then asked, "So he didn't have any device and used his own chakra to form and manipulate Ice?"

"Yes, Hokage-sama" I nod and wait for further questions but relaxed back on his chair and nodded.

"Good Job team 8, we can count this as a successful B-rank mission, your payment will be added to your bank account and a merit will be added to your files for bringing a member of the Yuki-clan to the village. You have a week of active duty! Rest and recuperate before actively doing missions! Thank you for your hard work! Team 8 Dismissed! Kurenai-chan, stay back I have something to discuss with you later!"

"Yes, Hokage-sama! Team dismissed! You have a day off tomorrow! Day after tomorrow! 7:00 AM at the training ground!"

"Okay, Kurenai-sensei" Ignoring the notification of successfully completing the quest I was pushing Hinata and Shino out of the room I heard Kurenai-sensei say, "And Tobi-kun...REST!!"

'...why does everyone pick on me...'

I sulk as the three of us make our way around town and find ourselves sitting in the training ground 2.

'Hmmm...the clearing is the same, the slash marks on the trees are the same, but something's different about it...'

"Tobi-kun" I look surprised at Hinata, 'she never calls me like that...'

"Yes, is something wrong! Hinata-san!" I ask her as she didn't look like her normal self. She wasn't red like she is most of the time, she wasn't uncomfortable around everything like she usually is, she was just smiling at the setting sun over the lake and the millions of glittering reflections it made on the Lake.

'What happened to her, guess me telling her the secret made her feel a little comfortable around us...I kind of like the idea of team 8 too...I mean I didn't like all the hiding and stuff...but yeah I feel a little comfortable now!'

"You can call me Hinata-chan!"
