Gu Mian was clad in a long, white nightgown, and she was wearing a pink apron. Her long hair was tied into a ponytail. She was standing in front of the gas stove and stirring something in the pot with a pair of chopsticks.

Tang Zui felt rather hungry too. He had not eaten anything for the entire day.

Gu Mian retrieved a bowl with a smile, and her side profile was breathtakingly beautiful. She was shocked when she turned and saw Tang Zui. She looked anxiously at him as she remembered the time he suddenly flew into a rage when she was cooking.

She was so scared that she immediately stopped smiling. She was about to ask Tang Zui if he wanted some food when she recalled the things he said the other day and held her tongue.

When Tang Zui saw how careful she was being, he felt agitated for some reason. "Whatever's in your pot is going to become overcooked."
