It’s a Long Story

"Why don't you ask… someone who's close to him?" At first, Gu Mian wanted to advise her to ask Tang Zui about it. But right now, she felt sickened by the mere thought of him, let alone saying his name out loud.

When Su Qianxun heard this, she immediately put down her chopsticks and whipped out her cell phone. She sent Tang Zui a text message. She was very straightforward with her question.

[I have a question. Why haven't I got pregnant after being together with Long Sijue for so long? Is there a reason behind this?]

When Tang Zui saw this text message, he almost laughed out loud. 'This chick is questioning Jue's fertility!?'

He immediately glanced around, took a few steps away from Long Sijue and quickly replied to the text message. He then put down his cell phone and went back to Long Sijue's side.

Si Mancheng saw that Tang Zui was acting suspiciously, so he made a face at Tang Zui to ask him what was going on. Tang Zui winked at him and smiled mischievously.

Su Qianxun was eating when a notification rang out of her cell phone. She immediately picked it up and looked at the screen. It was a text message from Tang Zui. His reply was rather simple. 

[Haih, it's a long story. It's regarding a man's infertility]

The food between Su Qianxun's chopsticks dropped to the plate. She was utterly astounded. 'Why did this man sign that childbirth agreement with me if he's infertile? Is he messing with me?'

"What?" Gu Mian looked at her nervously.

"Long Sijue is infertile!" Su Qianxun wanted to cry so badly. 'How can he keep this from me?'

Gu Mian was puzzled as well. She had not anticipated this situation at all. "You shouldn't panic first."

"How can I not panic? The agreement states clearly that if I cannot give birth to his child, I will have to be with him indefinitely."

"Then what can you possibly achieve by panicking? When it comes to something like this, you have to adopt a long-term plan." Gu Mian did not know what to do either. All she could do was to calm Su Qianxun down. 

Su Qianxun could only take Gu Mian's advice and calm down for the time being.

After her class ended in the afternoon, there was still plenty of time, so Su Qianxun decided to go home to visit her younger brother. Ever since the incident in Jin Garden, she had only called him on the phone instead of going home to see him.

When Su Qianxun arrived at the neighborhood, she saw a group of people quarrel in the distance. When she got closer, she realized that Aunt Zhang was arguing with a few people. Meanwhile, her younger brother was sitting on the ground and trembling.

When Su Qianxun saw that, she dashed over, pushed the man beside her younger brother away and held her younger brother tightly in her arms. 

"Jiye, don't be afraid. I'm here. Don't be scared." Su Qianxun kept comforting him and whispering into his ears. 

Aunt Zhang was so relieved to see her that it was as if she just saw the messiah. She said anxiously, "Young mistress, you're finally here." 

"Oh, a 'young mistress'? Great. Since your brother destroyed my car, you have to pay for the repairs!" the man said bluntly. 

Su Qianxun glanced flatly at the man at the man. For some reason, this made the man flinch nervously. But when he recomposed himself and took a good look at her, he thought that he must be going mad. She was just a naive, harmless young woman!

"Aunt Zhang, what's going on?"

"Young mistress, I was just about to call you. It's Young Master Jiye. I thought that he must be bored staying indoors all day, so I took him out for a walk. However, when he came out of the apartment building and saw this car, he started smashing and destroying it." Aunt Zhang looked rather anxious. 

Su Qianxun glanced at the destroyed black car and immediately understood what was going on. This man was driving the same car as Qiao Bonian. 

She suddenly felt very bad for Jiye. Even though he was autistic and could not even speak, but knew very well that he hated Qiao Bonian, his heartless father!
