Demolus was happily sitting in the bus, after all, he made a deal with Nurari, and all he needed to do, to gain his blood was to survive in the youkai academy for one year. He knew that it would take time but blood from the bus driver might give him some amazing rewards.1

As Demolus was thinking about how to get more blood from the student and, how to get stronger the bus stopped. He looked around and saw through the bus window that they were here. The place looked like some sort of haunted forest from where he was looking at but decided not to think about it too much as he walked towards the door of the bus to get off.

"Hey old man don't forget our deal!" He shouted to the driver who smiled at him.

As he got off the bus he saw a boy who was staring at him. He looked at the boy and asked what did he want.

"What do you want?" Demolus asked while not really caring about him.

"Oh, my...my name is Tsukune Aono nice to meet you!" The boy said nervously while bowing to him.

As Demolus looked at him he saw that the more scared or nervous the boy was the worse he looked. He understood that the one in front of him was the protagonist but he didn't care much.

"I see my name is Demolus so why are you staring at me?" He asked Aono while stretching his body.

"Oh, yes umm the bus driver said that this is a very scary school, and is that true do know where we are?" As Aono started asking questions Demolus just shrugged his shoulders and pointed his finger in the direction of the Yokai academy.

As Aono left Demolus looked around while waiting for something to happen it didn't take long for him to notice someone riding a bicycle from afar. As the one riding it was coming closer and closer he smiled.

"Noooo, coming trough!" Shouted the girl riding the bicycle while trying her hardest to stop but failing.

A moment before she rammed into him, Demolus moved to the side scooping her into his arms before she could hurt herself or anyone else. As he looked at the girl in his arms he saw a tall fair-skinned girl with knee-length pink hair that has bangs swept to the right side, green eyes, full pink lips, and a cute girl-next-door face. As a vampire, Moka has pronounced fangs that allow her to drink blood, and her trademark Rosary is attached to a black choker.

Demolus was surprised the girl in his arms right now was truly beautiful he knew that she was beautiful but to this extent. He was a bit surprised but calmed down almost instantly as he saw her looking right at him.

"Oh, I'm sorry I got a bit dizzy from anemia are you alright?" She asked with a concerned expression on her face.

"It's alright no one got hurt after all," Demolus said while gently smiling at her.

"My name is Demolus nice to meet you!" He said while gently helping her to stand up.

"Thank you, and my name is Moka Akashiya!" She replayed while having a light blush on her fase.

For Moka, it was her first time to be so close to a male and to even be held like a princess in his arms. She was worried for a moment that she did something as she apologized to him. But seeing the gentle smile of his she didn't know how to react as her cheeks started to feel hot.

"So what kind of youkai are you? I'm a vampire!" As the two calmed down, Moka got excide and asked him while proudly puffing her chest and saying what she was.

"I'm a special type of demon that's all I'm going to tell you, after all, the school rules forbid telling everyone what kind of youkai you are," He answered her while smiling.

"Oh no what will I do? will they expel me now?" Moka started to panic while asking him questions.

"It's alright you'll be fine where are still not on school grounds and I can keep a secret or two," Demolus said while winking at her.

Moka was relieved to know that nothing bad will happen because she broke a school rule without knowing. She was surprised how easy it was to talk to the boy who helped her, she felt happy just being able to talk to someone after so long. After all, she was isolated when she went to a human middle school.

Because of this she craved for someone to hang out with, talk, and laugh but now she had someone. As the two continued walking to school they lost track of time as they got to know each other better and better. They laughed together and told stories of their past.

"Umm Demolus umm would it be okay to talk to you after the entrance ceremony, after all, I don't really know anyone else here," Moka asked him while making one of the cutest faces he has ever seen.

"Sure, we are friends, after all, you don't need to be reserved just come to me whenever you want!" Demolus said while patting her head.
