2There was silence and Oliver felt like he was going to get a heart attack if this went on any longer. Even his tail curled up in anxiety. As he had thought, there was no way Altair would agree. Oliver was only an Omega stranger he happened to chance upon and most importantly, an Alpha with his caliber would have chosen a more suitable partner who possessed more beautiful and vivid beast signs. Oliver's eyes widened. "Not even one?"

"No."

"How can it be?" He pretended to ask when in fact, what mattered the most to him was only the knowledge that the Alpha had never marked any Omegas before. Oliver couldn't suppress the giddiness and relief. That meant...the first person Altair had ever held was him, right? Such an amazing Alpha...how could Omegas leave him alone? Oliver couldn't fathom nor did he want to think any longer. The idea that he was the first Omega who had ever been close to Altair this way was enough to make him feel delirious with bliss.

Lu Yizhou shrugged. "I have never cared about them, I guess?"

Oliver's eyelashes fluttered and his heartbeats quickened even more, he was scared that it would lurch out of his chest anytime soon. Wrapping his arms around the Alpha's waist, he shamelessly pressed closer and asked in a hopeful tone. "Then, why do you rescue me? Do you care? Are you interested...?"

The barely cooled temperature rose back up again. Thick pheromones radiated from Oliver and being blasted on the face from such a close distance, Lu Yizhou couldn't help but hold his breath. This was really no joke. Just a sniff was more than enough to make his head fuzzy. His Alpha instinct kept on roaring for him to take the Omega and make him his. Look, he has offered himself to you so what are you waiting for? Lu Yizhou promptly shut down the thought and bit the tip of his tongue, using the pain to keep his mind sane. "I can't mate with you now."

Oliver purred softly, his sweet smelling breath brushed against the side of Lu Yizhou's neck as he inhaled deeply at the place where the pheromones were the warmest and thickest. "Why…?"

"You're not sober." Oliver frowned. He was sober! He had never felt as sober as he was now and he knew all he wanted was to mate with Altair. He was ready to protest when the Alpha's next sentence caught him off guard. "When your heat ends, we will talk again later."

Oliver was stunned. The words slowly registered into his mind and his heart soared in delight. "That means…you—" He pressed for confirmation, his voice trembling. "You will consider me after this?"

"En."

Oliver let out a long sigh of satisfac—no way in hell was he satisfied! He whined in frustration and nuzzled his head on Lu Yizhou's jaws. "But I can't wait anymore…" He sobbed. "It's getting so unbearable…"

Lu Yizhou stared at the omega who showed a painful expression and recalled 666's earlier words. An Omega in heat needed a lot of Alpha's pheromones but simply inhaling it wasn't sufficient. They needed to have the Alpha's fluid in their body and the easiest way to calm them down was to have sex with them until they were satisfied.

"I am sober, very very sober. Mate with me, okay…?" Oliver tremblingly reached out to pull his neck down and Lu Yizhou complied with a helpless sigh, parting his lips for the omega to delve in.

Not only did his act fail to calm Oliver down, it provoked him further. He trembled and his eyes glazed over with passion and desire. He gave Lu Yizhou's lower lip a little lick with a soft hum in his nose. Dipping his head low, he proceeded to nibble and kiss Lu Yizhou all over on his jaw and neck, marveling at how heavenly the man's skin tasted.

A deep throaty chuckle rumbled within Lu Yizhou's chest and Oliver moaned at how the voice wrapped around him and sent shivers all over his body. Hell, it was illegal to sound that sexy! "You're really a kitten, aren't you?" He asked in amusement.

Oliver huffed with red-rimmed eyes. "I am an adult! I am experiencing my first heat—" He gasped abruptly as the Alpha touched his slick member; the place which hadn't been touched by anyone before. The other person's hand was cold and Oliver's hair stood on its end.

Lu Yizhou held the omega's eyes and upon seeing no sign of rejection, he started to move. Gently. Nonetheless, he had barely started to stroke up and down when the Omega arched his back and released all over his palm, his breathing harsh and uneven, trembling violently. White turbid liquid spurted out without stopping, staining Lu Yizhou's hand and dripping down toward his trousers.
