Li Qingcang stretched out his hand and brushed aside a strand of hair from Ye Tianxin's face.2

He took out some clothes from the drawer and handed them to Ye Tianxin to change.

"Do you want to go to the hot spring now?"

Ye Tianxin glanced at her watch. It was nearly 1 a.m. It was too late to go to the hot spring.

"Let's go tomorrow. It's late already."

"All right. I'll bring you to the hot spring tomorrow. Sleep early tonight."

The rehearsal for the New Year concert was very tiring. Ye Tianxin fell asleep almost immediately after she had her bath.

Li Qingcang covered Ye Tianxin with a blanket. The heater was turned on and the room felt warm. Ye Tianxin's face glowed under the moonlight from the window, looking pure like snow.

"Qingcang, don't go."

Ye Tianxin was muttering in her dreams. She grabbed hold of Li Qingcang's wrist.

His world was full of warmth and peace.

She was dreaming about him.

Li Qingcang stood up and left the room quietly. He was a gentleman; he could not take advantage of Ye Tianxin on a night like this. He also did not want to test his self-control. She was like a flower who needed his love and protection. He could not hurt her.

Someone else was also wide awake that night.

Li Zhiwei sat up and looked out of the window. She needed somewhere to release her pent-up frustrations and anguish.

Qie Wang was in the hospital room. He picked up the phone when it rang.

"Qie Wang, is Shanyue feeling better? Can I go and visit her tomorrow?"

Qie Wang took a glance at Yan Shanyue lying on the bed. He said in a low voice, "Zhiwei, it's okay. You don't have to come and see her. If there's nothing else, I'll hang up."

Qie Wang could hear Li Zhiwei sobbing on the other hand of the phone. "Qie Wang, I'm sorry. It's all my fault. If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't have gotten a divorce. "It's all right, Zhiwei. It's not your fault." Qie Wang's voice was soft and firm.

Qie Wang thought he would lose Yan Shanyue when she was sent to the emergency room.
