It's almost morning when Jun landed in Tallinn city. The pilot tried to get special permission to land in the VIP tarmac in Tallinn city, but as the tight time and they can't get a special permit. The plane had to land into the commercial airport. Jun didn't care with any other thing as long as he can find the trace of his wife. Jun was so tired, but he missed his wife so much. Susan arranges everything as soon as they hop into the plane yesterday afternoon. Jun will stay in Ikador Hotel under Yi family corporation. As soon as they arrived in the hotel lobby, Ben was rushed to go to the reception while Brian escorted Jun to sat down in the nearby lounge. Jun walked into his suite and throw the key into the nearby coffee table. He walked to the window to see the whole night scenery of Tallinn city. He loses his tie and pours himself a glass of aged Glenfiddich before bringing it to his mouth. Alcohol seems a perfect accompaniment to numb his hollow heart. It won't take long before he finished the whole bottle of 50 years old scotch into his body. He still feels so lonely and heartbroken without his wife on his side. He threw the crystal bottle and the glass to the wall. Jun always has a high tolerance with alcohol but this time he is getting drunk after a bottle of scotch. He vented his anger by smashing the whole living room area before he slumped himself to the sofa. He passed out from the alcohol. Ben opened the door to his boss room to find out the area is in huge messed after the bodyguard notice about the loud sound. No one dares to enter the room and provoke Jun Shin. He has turned into beast since his wife disappearance. Ben asked Brian helped to carry his boss to the bedroom before summoned the private doctor. The doctor performed some check before putting the IV line to his arm. Jun was developing a high fever until more than 40 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Jun was treated by the doctor and under the watch of Brian. Ben arranged and paid all the damaged to the hotel. The hotel efficiently arranged and restore the hotel room as before it got smashed without any hesitation. The hotel service was really perfect and they even didn't ask or demand an explanation regarding the matter. The doctor explained that Jun develop a stomach ulcer from the alcohol and needed to transfer to the hospital for the comprehensive check. Ben and Brian in unity agreed to the doctor treatment plan. They transferred unconscious Jun to the Wismar university hospital. The doctor made all the arrangement and as soon as Jun arrived in the hospital. He got to do all the test requested by the doctor and got wheeled off to the VVIP wings in the top floor. Brian and Ben wait for their boss inside the room while the bodyguard is standing outside the room. Jun was sleeping after almost a week depriving himself of resting. This time, the doctor prescribed a high dose of sleeping medication to doze him off.

In the morning, Bella opened her eyes as seems after a long sleep. She looks at the surrounding area in her room. She feels the weight on her hand. She looks at her right side to see a handsome man with the almond hair sleeping so soundly. She looks at his handsome face and she got this urge to touch his fallen hair on his forehead. However, Bella needs to practice a self-restraint on herself this time.

"you need to wipe your drool on the corner of your mouth," Liam suddenly looks at her with his soft expression. Bella unconsciously brings her hand to her mouth and wipes the corner of her mouth before she realised that he tricked her.

"Do you remember me?" Liam asked her curiously.

"Of Course, daddy Liam… It just feels weird as I was sleeping in a long dream until now… is something happening again to me?" Bella tried to sit down on the bed with the help of Liam.

"Indeed, this time you know that something is happening to you. You got kidnapped by your cousin. You parent already get to the bottom of it," Liam explained to her.

"Waited… Waited… why did my cousin want to hurt me? And is dad already punish her? I never remember my cousin? Ahh… how about my patient? I thought my schedule full until I took my maternity leaves?" Bella looks at him with deep thought and frown in her forehead.

"Are you serious to become a surgeon?" Liam amazed with her determination.

"What is wrong with becoming a surgeon? It is my career and you can't stop me to do what I wanted," Bella pouted her mouth to Liam.

"Do you remember about Jun?" Liam tried to test the water.

"I don't want to hear his name anymore," Bella changed into her cold expression and look outside the window as if the heart has been broken. Liam was speechless and afraid to provoke her anymore as it will harm the baby.

"Let's go home… ahhh… I forget that we have to stop by the hospital for your full body check… remember Dr Shi suggestion," Liam stood up and helped her to walk out the bed into his car. They embark into Liam's black phantom Bentley with A Min and Max while two full cars of the bodyguard is following them from the front and back.
