Will A Sheng Be Jealous?

After yelling at Qin Chuan, Qin Yufan left the ward and sat down on a bench in the corridor. She couldn't help but start crying.1

Jian Yichen came to the hospital to pick up Jian Yiling. When he walked through the corridor, he noticed Qin Yufan crying.

After hesitating for a moment, Jian Yichen walked up and handed her a pack of tissues.

Qin Yufan saw the tissues and looked up at Jian Yichen.

Jian Yichen did not know how to comfort Qin Yufan. And thus, he could only silently sit down beside her.

Qin Yufan's sobs slowed down after a while. Then, she laughed bitterly and said: "Jian Yichen, continue on with your own business. I'm fine."

As she said this, Qin Yufan had already dried the tears at the corners of her eyes. Once again, she put on a strong appearance.

After all, she knew Jian Yichen did not like her. She did not want to show her vulnerable side in front of a person who did not love her.

Even though Jian Yichen knew Qin Yufan was holding back her grief and saying that she was fine when she wasn't, he also understood that he couldn't do anything else. And thus, he got up and left.

As Qin Yufan watched Jian Yichen leave, tears welled up in her eyes again.

She still liked him. But as always, her love was destined to be fruitless.

While in the hospital, Jian Yiling decided she would take Qin Chuan as one of her patients.

However, she hadn't told Zhai Yunsheng about this.

Maybe he would become jealous.

Hmm… Maybe she could make him something sweet to counter the jealous feeling?

As soon as Jian Yiling entered the kitchen, her left and right protectors, Jian Yunnao and Jian Yujie appeared. 

Jian Yujie: "Yiling, what are you planning to do?"

Jian Yunnao: "We agreed that you shouldn't cook."

When Zhai Yunsheng returned home, Jian Yiling came out of the kitchen wearing a small apron. She was carrying a tray of carefully prepared desserts in her hands.

Each dessert looked exquisite. They were rich in colors and looked very appetizing.

Even though Zhai Yunsheng did not enjoy desserts, he made an exception for Jian Yiling's cooking.

"Eat first. Then, I have something to tell you."

Zhai Yunsheng was just about to make a move. However, he immediately stopped when he heard Jian Yiling's words.

"Speak first."

A bad feeling arose in Zhai Yunsheng's heart.

When they heard this, Jian Yunnao and Jian Yujie also became curious.

What did their sister do? Was there a reason why she was making desserts? 

Did she do something which would possibly displease Zhai Yunsheng?

Regardless of what she did, Yiling would definitely be in the right. If Zhai Yunsheng dared to lose his temper, then the two of them… Would grab onto his legs and tell Yiling to run away.

Then, they would ask Yiheng to help them.

Under the watchful gaze of Zhai Yunsheng, Jian Yunnao, and Jian Yujie, Jian Yiling became a little nervous.

"I went to see Qin Chuan today," Jian Yiling said. Her eyes stared at Zhai Yunsheng's face and attempted to note any change in his facial expression.

What did Yiling do?! Jian Yunnao and Jian Yujie immediately became nervous.

Why did she go and see Qin Chuan today?

Did Qin Chuan do something to her? It must be Qin Chuan's problem then!

"Yiling, did Qin Chuan trick you into seeing him?" Jian Yujie hurriedly asked.

"Yeah, did he do something bad again? I will settle this matter with him!" Jian Yunnao growled as he rolled up his sleeves.

"No, I went on my own accord," Jian Yiling replied.
