She had to admit that these women had quite an imagination.

Work was coming to an end in the evening when someone approached the reception. "There's some flowers and a gift for you, Siyin. You need to sign the papers here."

Mu Siyin acknowledged it before walking forward to receive the flowers and the gift box.

The receptionist smiled at Mu Siyin and said, "You have such a proactive boyfriend, Siyin. What an early gift."

Mu Siyin smiled and nodded at her. "Thanks."

"You're welcome. No worries!"

Everyone watched Mu Siyin carry the flowers back to the table with different expressions in their eyes. When she got back to her seat, she noticed the pink color card sticking out from the bunch of flowers.

She blinked and picked it up. She was dumbfounded when she saw the words written on top… 

It was not Shi Beiyu's writing.

Mu Siyin frowned while she flipped over the card to make sure that she did not miss anything. After that, she opened up the gift box next to her.

It was a delicate and beautiful bracelet made of different colored diamonds.

As a jewelry designer herself, Mu Siyin estimated that this bracelet was worth at least 5 million.

Curiosity instantly washed over her. Who would send her such an expensive gift without leaving a name behind?

At the thought of this, she flipped over the packaging to look for some information but to no avail.

She could not accept such a gift.

She paused for a while before answering the phone. "Hello?"

"Are you going back to the Mu family tonight?"

Upon hearing this, Shi Beiyu gave a faint reply, "Okay. Have you gotten off work?"

"Not yet, but soon."

"You should go home earlier. Don't tire yourself out."

"Yeah."

The crease on Mu Siyin's forehead deepened after the call ended.

To be honest, she really thought Shi Beiyu would be the sender before the call. However, the way he spoke told her that it was not him.
