124. Arrival of Joe at Aurora Island.

North-east of North frontier city- Winter City.

East at the sea of Winter City- Aurora Island.

South West of NF City- Dolores.[1]

South East of NF City- Eastern Port.

Now there was a big plan being constructed to connect North-frontier city with Aurora Island.

Jay gave a speech in front of 2000 soldiers as they became ready to start the operation of taming the forest beasts slowly but surely,

Jay gave a speech to all of his men before the start of operation at northeast of NF city Borders, "I am sure all of you know that we can't leave if we don't complete our current operation, This operation will decide the fate of our domain whether it is in regard to food or trade routes or the danger of beasts which is almost hanging by a rope. I hope, No one rats out about this operation to anyone. Not even to your closest family members when you meet your family occasionally during this week. I will try to finish this operation as early as possible for everyone's sake. This is the first time in our domain that we will be using cannons but it is the time of our need currently. We should be glad that no even a single officer has been able to use these Canons apart from John and Tornwall who made this invention possible. You might wonder why we aren't using these weapons against our enemies after watching it in action but there is a reason for that as well. We will only release this when others reveal their cards and this is one of our plans. Who knows your experience in using these cannons may come in handy against our enemies in the next battle, however, don't underestimate the wild animals of the north. Now, this way we may feel good. Are you all clear?"

Everyone answered with an excited tone after listening to Jay, "Yes, Sir."

One of the personnel murmured, "This has clearly cheered me up and I was wondering why was I even here. Now that this operation is so important which will change our fate. I will just take it as a training camp and work to complete it as fast as possible."

One of the veterans smiled after hearing him and spoke, "Good, Now you are talking like an oldie who isn't lusting for fame nor honor.

Very soon they started their operation, A lot of people tried to approach the site because of the voice of vibrations but were blocked off by ghosts, Sparrow was currently handling all the legal problems and documents when some policemen reached the site if someone decided to approach the place at northeast. Some guys could hear the sounds of cannons which was 3 km away from the borders.

One of the Policemen asked Sparrow who was with Ghosts at the blocked road, "What is going on over there? A Lot of guys are complaining about the blockade, mostly hunters. Can you explain so that there aren't future problems?"

Sparrow shook his head and explained as he spoke the N'th Lie today, "Nothing, just a construction of a military factory. Any Unauthorized person trying to come near the site would be or could be treated as a traitor. This is the decree of Lord and since it is wartime, I hope everyone bears with it and don't create unnecessary panic in public. It will calm down in a few days. Legally also this is binding for everyone after the decree was issued so even the spies also can't do anything about it with legal means."

The policeman scratched his head as he thought, "Why weren't we informed about this earlier? Usually, such orders would already be announced by our superiors."

Sparrow smiled as he thought about the question, 'Guess what, your head of police is at Borders with the army. As for Captain Marsh, I guess he is with General Anak. preparing for another raid today.'

On the North-east operations,

One of the veterans exclaimed after watching the firepower of canons, "I never thought we would witness such weapons that could literally shred such dangerous animals in a whole group? With these Canons, we can even fight against the dragon knights."

One of the rookie soldiers murmured, "Damn what are these animals? I think only the strongest Magic knights or Magicians could fight against these Beasts. If not for these cannons, we would be sweating to clear every inch of this forest. Those Draco-elephants and Golden fast Lions are the biggest menaces for the whole operation. Those Draco-elephants are such a hard time to deal with because of their stampede marches. Not a single soul can survive that stampede unless they have enormous power or speed. As for those Lions, they are quite cunning and always try to attack from the blind spots."

Another guy answered in a serious tone, "True, It would get more dangerous as we go deep into the forest, I am only worried about the more agile Beasts who can cause harm to our army. However, I think this armor, The cannons, and our 7.6mm assault rifles will be sufficient if we face an attack from them."

The third guy irritatingly spoke, "7.6mm. I really wonder why do we have so many different types of rifles. Can't we simply have the best rifles."

The first guy laughed and answered, "It's all well as long as it works against our enemies."

One of the veterans sighed as he heard their gossip, "These guys are marveling about these beasts but don't understand the significance of these cannons. I guess they are adapted too much because of continuous weapon development and nagging about this."

Jay roared as he heard the gossiping of the rookies, "Stop your gossiping and prepare for the next assault. We will be encroaching the forest little by little with affecting natural life dramatically and make a base 100km deep into the forest. From there we will go east and connect to Winter City. The faster you complete this mission, the faster we can go home. I want to complete this as fast as possible. And stop your nagging, You guys are quite lucky to handle the ballistas and Cannons."

Jay thought as he roared, 'It seems these cannons are quite powerful, especially the runic Cannons. I guess we will finish it quite early.'

All of the soldiers answered immediately including those 3 rookies, "Yes, sir."

Their Operations continued step by step while the same was happening at Winter city which was being managed by Rose.

Currently, he was fortifying the base at Winter City. One of the subordinates came with a report.

"Sir, a lot of wild beasts in the forest are in panic and coming to our borders. How do we handle it?"

Ross thought as he heard his subordinate, 'It seems Lord has accelerated and started invading from the northern side. I guess we need to start as well. This would be much better for us.'

Ross gravely ordered in a strict manner, "No need to ask, fire the ballistas at will without any restraint if those beasts invade us, we can't abandon this base to those wild beasts. If possible we will start connecting to North-frontier City from today onwards. I am sure all of you miss north-frontier city already. Yes, it's decided, we will start preparing from today."

The subordinate laughed and answered, "hahaha, good. Sir, I am sure everyone would be happy after hearing your orders for the first time."

Ross furrowed his brows a bit and asked, "What!"

The subordinate left without even hearing Ross's Rebuttal.

'Am I a bad Head. Nah, I am overthinking'

Ross sighed and got back to make his preparations.

Joe's ship recently reached the shores of Aurora Island. At the ship, Joe was shocked to find Alisa onboard with him. When he heard of the blockade at the port as soon as he entered the ship from other sailors, he was more saddened only to be surprised later by Alisa.

In their quarters

Alisa smiled as she got aggressive with Joe, "It's good that we are together, who knows, how much time it would have taken if it weren't for Lord. You know I am quite an impatient person."

Joe laughed a bit, nodded and spoke with a grave tone after hearing about the situation, "However, the situation this time seems serious as that Baron finally took some action. I heard from sailors that something big will happen since some orders came at the eastern port as our ships left."

Alisa smiled as she bit her lips and spoke seductively, "Let's leave this sad topic, for now, we have just married. Now, It is time for Important matters."

As Dense as Joe was, he seriously asked her, "What sort of Important matters? Am I missing something?"

Alisa irritatingly looked at Joe and spoke with an angry tone, "You really are stupid." Without explaining anything to him she pounced on him and kissed him as their love-making session started.

She thought as she kissed him, 'I wonder if this war is a good or a bad thing or else he would have taken a lifetime to propose me.'

Joe thought seriously as Alisa kissed him, 'What has gotten into her? It's 3 times already today. Well, it's all good. Let's leave my thoughts about Aurora Island and North-frontier for later.'
